I have been taking my 2 boys (now age 8&7) to whitman barber shop for the past 4 years. They are the only barber shop I take them to, they do a great job all around, communicate to know exactly how you want the style, and are awesome with the kids. Price is fair and we are always looking fresh walking out of the shop. Walk in and they get both the boys in a chair and ready to go within a couple mins, sometimes even right away! Thank you guy!! We'll be back, as always!😊

BEWARE... Asked for a 1-2 faded sides and back. Keep the top length with light clean up of the ends. Asked if he understood and he said yes then showed me the clean up length. Yes good. Light, keep length 1 to 2 sides and back... Immediately went to town with the clippers, hammering the side of my head and right away went up to high. Didn't part the top to ensure he didn't take any of it with the clippers. Clippers died twice during this, didn't manage the top at all and took off more than half the length and went up the sides and back about 70% of my head taking the sides of the top away. Used water with the straight razer. Causing burn and knicked my ear. 6 months of hair growth and $100s of dollars in proper skilled cuts wasted. Do not go here. You can walk in because they're not good. The convenience and cost are not worth the terrible skill set and botched cuts.

Can’t even do a basic fade correctly (guy wearing Celtics hat). One side looks good. Other side botched. So uneven. Top wasn’t cut evenly either. Dull scissors caused pulling. That’s what I get for being desperate on a sunday. Also overpriced

Great up town barbershop. Walk-in service . No reservations needed. Very convenient. 5 Barbers were working when I arrived. Barber cut my hair with precision of a surgeon. Scissor.on top. Buzzer razor to the sides. Straight edge razor for crisp clean edges. Compressed air clean up. Very professional. Look forward to going back again.

Whitman barbershop is one of the best establishments I've ever been to for a haircut. I'm a girl with short hair and I was skeptical walking in my first time. My expectation before walking in was that they wouldn't do what I asked for, I'm VERY particular about my hair. Anthony was my barber, or shall I say is my barber. Not only did he do a phenomenal job but he offered to do my eyebrows as well!!! I've never been asked that before getting my haircut. Of COURSE I told him!!! Very happy that I don't have to go get my eyebrows done somewhere else. I will be coming back 100%

Excellent service, these guys are great! Go right in no appointments needed, fast cut which is great for kids. They did an amazing job. I’ve been having trouble finding somewhere to cut my sons hair and have it look good. This is the place! Highly recommend and will be coming here every time.

Google asked me after leaving how i liked my visit. I had the honor of the owner graciously, without complaint sculpt a piece of gold. 10 towns 20 shops on a serious search for a barber. Because what's more important then presentation and your heads at the top of the list. So after well over an hour and $50 later I leave thoroughly satisfied, flawlessly constructed fresh cut. Hair cuts $25 but when you receive premium service it's worth recognizing. If you go to any barber in the south shore their primary objective is get in get out and on to the next.. it's about the money. If you place your behind in either chair you won't leave until it's perfected and both those dudes can lace a cut. I don't know what your considering. Get yourself down there and prove me wrong. I got $100 for the first person who complains about their cut... Because you can't perfect perfection and there isn't a flaw in flawless. Keep doing your thing fellas by far #1

Great place and great barbers here! A friend of mine recommended this place to me after I had a nightmare of a time a few months ago (not this shop though, a different one) with a "recommended" barber that my old barber told me about. Went there Saturday afternoon, was sat down right away, and Anthony hooked it up for me. Made sure I left there happy with what I got. Even though it's about a 35-40 min drive for me, it's totally worth the trip!

I walked in at 5:15 p.m. They took me immediately, they are very professional and very clean. The guy who cut my hair did an awesome job and spent 45 minutes cutting my hair and it looks amazing. This is a new barber shop and I definitely recommend it. It's a good price for 45 minutes of true artistry.
