John's done superior Inspection work on my behalf on multiple properties. He's reliable, organized and thorough, finding all sorts of important details I would have never discovered. His inspections SAVED me money, by heading off potentially disastrous real estate investments I was ready to make. He's also a pleasant guy to work with as well as a great teacher. Tagging along during his inspection taught me things about my property-to-be that I'll be well-served by knowing. Since it's not listed below, John performed home inspections for me on both newer town homes and older single-family properties.

First time home buyer and John is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable. He is detail oriented and encouraged us to ask any question ! Even pointed out things that need to be fixed , that can save us a lot of money in the long run. The experience was very personalized. And he’s an expert with over 15 years of experience in the industry ! Would highly recommend him to any of our family and friends and for further home purchases !!

John did a great job on my home inspection. He explained everything as he reviewed it and showed me where important things like the utility shut-offs were. The report contained pictures and explanations that I was able to easily give to a repair man to fix. I highly recommend this service provider. - Monica

John and Sheila were both amazing!!!! She helped us set everything up and answered all my questions with no issue and was very nice and considerate.
