I had the haircut membership from this business. They closed for over a week for renovations. This is clearly fine but they refused to give a partial refund for not providing services for the week they were closed and making it so that I had to get a haircut elsewhere. When I canceled because of their deceptive practices they were very rude. Edit: For clarity, customers were told the shop would be closed “until Monday,” while the owner’s reply now says Saturday. Either way, the shop was closed for roughly a week during a paid monthly membership. I asked for a prorated credit for unavailable services and was told “there’s nothing we can do.” After canceling, I was met with personal remarks and public accusations instead of addressing the billing issue. Posting this so others can decide whether this subscription model and response to reasonable questions works for them.

Thank you for your feedback. This is very important for us. First of all, posting lies on Google is not appropriate, my friend—especially considering that we have always been polite and respectful to you, even on the occasions when you scheduled appointments and did not show up. Second, today, January 5th, 2026, is the first day we are closed and we will remain closed until Saturday the 10th. Third, the reason for the closure is renovations. We remained open throughout most of the construction, but at this stage we are replacing the entire barbershop floor and it would not be safe for customers to be present during this process. The safety of all our customers is more important than a simple haircut. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; however, you did not understand the barbershop’s situation and because you were unable to get a haircut this week, you began treating our staff rudely. Like any other business, we do not tolerate disrespect, as we always strive to treat everyone with professionalism and courtesy.<br>Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity.

Had my first visit today and signed up for the Black monthly membership. It’s totally worth it I can get as many haircuts as I want, and the value is great. Cleiton was my barber and he did an amazing job: very professional, attentive, and detailed. I really liked everything about the barbershop, from the service to the atmosphere. I’m officially a member now, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly

Excellent shop! Kayky cut my hair and did a beard trim, and this was the best barber experience I’ve ever had. Very kind and patient, a lovely atmosphere, and were kind to offer coffee! Would certainly recommend!!! :) ☕️

Been cutting my Hair with Sam for over 5 years now, and I’d recommend him and his great team to anyone. Great people, very friendly and comfortable barber shop. Cant forget to mention the great membership they have to offer. Best barbershop in Boston !!

Honestly the best quality service I’ve ever had at a barbershop. Very polite and skilled staff, clean space, and good price for the results. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for a professional cut/trim. I’ve been a regular here for almost a year now and I’m impressed every time I visit.

This place is great! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a super clean and stylish setup. The staff are incredibly friendly, funny, and accommodating — they really make you feel welcomed and taken care of. Most importantly, the haircuts are consistently excellent. My barber took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered exactly that — clean cut, sharp lines, and great attention to detail. You can tell they really care about their craft.
