Dom is one of the most precise barbers I’ve been to. His experience really shows, especially with classic gentleman cuts. The attention to detail is top tier — clean lines, sharp fades, and a polished finish every time. What I appreciate most is that if you explain exactly how you want your style, he truly listens and delivers. He makes sure you leave satisfied. The shop has an old-school vibe, very welcoming atmosphere, and everyone there is friendly and professional. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a classic, clean cut done right.

Unbelievable Not only the haircut is 5 star. Dominick is like getting your haircut from a character from goodfellas . More entertaining than Joe pesci. " do i amuse you. You think I am funny, how do I amuse you' Dominick is the best.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Dom for the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. For the price, the time and the all around great barbershop talk you can’t beat the barber shop at assembly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cut or for anyone who is trying to find their next barber.

I’ve been going to Dom for 8+ years now, and he’s definitely the best barber I’ve ever had. He’s super consistent, takes his time, and always makes sure the cut comes out exactly how I want it. He’s also a great guy and has endless sports takes. I highly recommend him.

I recently visited this barber shop and was surprised by the price — $60 for a very simple haircut. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations given the cost. While the shop may have its loyal customers, I personally did not feel the service justified the price. I don’t plan to return and would suggest that others consider the pricing before booking.

Signed up for a bald fade and apparently there’s only one person who can do it here, Brendon. Worst fade I’ve ever got. I felt like I was getting a deep tissue massage on my head for 40 minutes straight. Much more hair than I asked was cut off. I partially blame myself because as I sat there watching him cut another persons hair, I was witnessing the same type of cut he gave me. That person looked to also receive a terrible haircut. Also just looking at Brendon’s hair cut I should’ve drawn the line there.. he only knows how to cut one style and it’s terrible. I think he believes he’s working at a massage parlor instead of a barbershop. The shop itself looks nice and has a good vibe. There are other barbers there that I noticed giving pretty good cuts so if you’re not getting a fade it may be worth it for you.

This place is great and all the barbers there are friendly and genuine. John was amazing because the guard accidentally popped off the razor and messed up very slightly what he’s was doing to the back of my head. He immediately had an idea how to fix it and told me the cut was on him. He didn’t need to do that because it still turned out great. Super nice and proactive guy.

Such a great barbershop, everyone there is genuinely kind and all smiles. Dominic took care of my head and beard, and you can tell he really puts his heart into it. He was really patient with me and he pays a lot if attention to hygiene 🤭, it honestly made the whole experience comfortable. I like to get my beard done weekly, so this will definitely be my go-to place during my stay in Boston. Just a little heads-up, you do need an appointment, so I’m attaching a barcode to scan. It’s near Tatte if you’re in Assembly. Definitely worth it! ✂️🧼✨
