This place has an employee who is DISHONEST. You think in a world where everyone works hard for their money, they would have employees with integrity and good character. Extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this barbershop employee, Angel. My friend accidentally sent Angel a large Zelle payment by mistake. This was not a random transfer — my friend has sent Angel multiple Zelle payments in the past for barber services, so Angel was already a known and trusted contact. This time, however, no service was provided at all because the payment was clearly an accident and meant for someone else. Once my friend realized the mistake, he called and texted Angel repeatedly to explain the situation and ask for the money to be returned. Angel claimed he “did not receive it,” despite Zelle confirming the transfer was completed. When my friend mentioned that his lawyer advised filing a police report if the money wasn’t returned, Angel’s response was simply, “go ahead.” That response alone speaks volumes. Whether this is a lack of integrity, accountability, or basic human decency, the way this situation was handled is unacceptable. Mistakes happen — but how you respond to them shows your character. Refusing to help resolve an obvious error involving a large amount of money, especially from a repeat customer, is incredibly unprofessional. I would strongly warn others to be very cautious when sending any form of electronic payment here. Trust is everything in a service business, and this experience destroyed it completely.

One of yhe best barbershop in the game! J and C Barbershop in Roxbury is where legends are made and bad haircuts go to die. I walked in looking like I had just lost a fight with a lawnmower and walked out looking like I was running for mayor. These guys are magicians with clippers. First off, the vibe is chef's kiss. It's like walking into a family reunion where everyone knows how to cut hair. The conversations are hilarious..!if the clippers don’t make you look good, the jokes will have you in stitches. Shoutout to the barbers...they're not just cutting hair; they're crafting masterpieces. My barber lined me up so sharp, TSA tried to confiscate my edges for being a weapon. The fade was so clean I caught my reflection and tipped myself on the way out. The shop is spotless, the energy is unmatched, and the skills are off the charts. If you’re not coming here, you’re basically telling the world you don’t care about looking your best. 10/10, I’ll never trust another pair of scissors again. J and C Barbershop for life!

Great professional barbers I visit this shop since they opened on Blue Hill ave maybe 10 years ago it’s little busy but always short waiting time the only bad issue it’s only street parking little busy.

my husband and my son went to this business today my son has a special condition and one of the employees of this horrible place refused to tender him call the owner on the phone to explain what happened and it was much worse was rude until no more power. it is a pity that there are people so empty that they do not understand the situation or the feeling of a child with a condition.if you have a child with a special condition do not go to this place
