Very very bad experience. Poor customer service. They don’t understand fully what you explain and cut random. They mistreated also badly. I am not recommending my friends to visit this place.

They’re excellent barbers but some of them just talk to much instead of actually focusing on cutting hair leading to behind having appointments pushed back. Definitely need to work on be considerate to customers time.

Asked the guy to trim 1 inch off my hair. He even repeated to me "keep it long". Then proceeded to ask if I wanted a regular cut. I assumed a regular cut is just the style but longer. Linke I and he said. Dude that actually gave me the cut gave me a 12 year old boys cut. Wouldn't recommend.

Best barber shop I have ever been to. Great atmosphere,Najib makes u feel like if you were his customer for years, and I've only been there two times and will continue to keep going there with my son. I highly recommend this place if you are Moroccan or you have kids just ask for NAJIB.

I has been doing my haircut with Pedro for 2 or 3 years but all the guys are awesome they always have something on TV like sports TV shows or movies so you won't get bored

Awesome cut from Juan Luis! Make sure to make an appointment on their website. Appointment necessary no walk ins when I went. Was able to get haircut even with a mask on. Lol will definitely be back

Good barbers but they are on the expensive side. I got charged $20 for a 10min hair cut just a quick side fade and line up. You will get the occasional barber who talks on the phone while doing your haircut with one hand so if that does bothers you do not come here.

Getting cuts here was fine until this guy who was clearly in a rush to finish up screwed up my haircut. Not only that but he also left the barbershop during the middle of my haircut to talk on the phone or hang out with his girlfriend. The customer service was terrible, I ask for a simple clean shave on my face but he was too lazy so my face ended up being patchy, I told him about this and his response was “I don’t wanna cut you”. The barbershop is fine overall but it’s just one of the workers there who just don’t try.

My haircut turned out fine but the way the barber did it was terrible he touched the trash can without washing his hands and still continued to cut my hair and wiped my face and dropped the razor blade on the floor and still continued to use it. Usually I wouldn’t complain about a barbershop but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and would NEVER comeback. And the fact that I had sensitive skin had ruined my face even more. So please do yourselves a favor never go.
