Great experience at Alda Barbershop. Elias is extremely professional, detail-oriented, and clearly knows what he’s doing. The shop is clean, the vibe is great, and he really takes his time to make sure the cut is perfect. Highly recommended if you want consistent, high-quality results.

Great with kids. I bring my 5 and 9 year old boys here. Haircuts come out really good and it doesn’t take too long once you’re in the chair

Been going here for 6 years every month. Same barber every time. Elias is truly a master of his craft. He’s always well attentive and always quick to ask about your family. For a soft spoken and mild mannered guy he’s truly a savage with the clippers and razor blade. I will always say that this man is just as good of a human as he is a barber. 10/10 and schedule your appt early

Eli is amazing! He does all the boys in my family, very professional and very kind. If you need a new barber look no more, Eli at alda is top notch.

Quick back story. I’m not the most social person and tend to be very self reliant. I haven’t been to a barber in over 5 years. Typically have had mixed experiences with local barbers. I prefer to cut my hair myself at this point. I don’t usually give reviews, good or bad. That being said, I decided to have my hair professionally cut instead of doing it myself. It’s for an important occasion so I listened to a buddy who referred me to these guys. I went in skeptical. Firas was the one who cut my hair. He did an amazing job! Communicated very openly with me about my cut. Extreme attention to detail. Put in a lot of time and effort. Gave me a great cut for an amazing price! I will definitely be going back to these guys.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I visited this barbershop for a basic haircut and shave, which I’ve had done many times elsewhere for around $30–$40 total. To my surprise, I was charged $60 just for the service. I only had $45 cash on me, so I had to use the ATM in their shop. That ATM charged me a fee, and my bank also charged me an additional fee. Including the tip, I ended up paying $80—the highest I’ve ever paid for a simple haircut and shave. Unfortunately, the haircut itself wasn’t even good, and the overall experience felt far from professional. Later, I went back to the shop to speak calmly with the owner or manager to clarify the pricing, ask about switching barbers, and possibly edit or remove my review. But surprisingly, the barber who had cut my hair overheard the conversation, confronted me in front of other customers, started yelling, insulting me with vulgar language, and kicked me out of the shop. What shocked me even more was that the manager didn’t say a single word to stop this behavior. I chose to walk away to avoid escalating the situation, but I was deeply disappointed. I was simply being honest about my experience, and I believe customers have the right to do that respectfully. Thankfully, there are much better barbershops nearby, like W & R Barber Shop on Southern Artery—clean, professional, and fairly priced. There’s also Paul’s Barber Shop, an American-owned place not far away, where I’ve had great, respectful service. This review is based on my personal experience—shared honestly, without exaggeration.

Been going here for the last year after a recommendation. Very happy I listened. They’re great deal with. Place is organized and you can walk in or book online and get a wait time and test updates when you’re 20 minutes from your turn. They have a small waiting area in the back. They open at 7am which is convenient if you aren’t able to make it during the day. Prices are comparable to other barbers around.
