I came in here for the first time today. I’m a dude who had two hair transplants. Got one recently and am insecure in this “ugly duckling” regrowing phase. Hair is patchy in areas. Everyone here was super cool, and Kyliegh took good care of me. She somehow magically made my whacko-looking head actually look better. Didn’t charge for a full cut since we only really touched-up the sides, which was a surprising bonus. This was all just very very nice, I can’t thank the ppl here and Kyliegh for everything. I’m now a new, long-term customer.

I have been going to cornerstone barbershop now for alittle over a year and a half, I first went in and was sat down with Rodrigo, and ever since then I’ve become a regular of his. He has such a positive attitude and does some wonderful work from my usual fade to the precision of the part he does, down to the precision razor work he does with my beard. Cornerstone has made me feel like I’m at home, everyone there makes you feel so welcome. 10/10 recommend cornerstone, and Rodrigo for all your hair and beard needs

We had a great first experience here. It was time for my 2 year old son to get a proper haircut and ditch the bowl cut. Kylie did his hair and she did amazing, especially dealing with all the squirming. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. We will be back for sure!

I absolutely love coming here. I get my hair cut here, and I bring my kids here ther do an amazing job. I highly recommend this barber shop to everyone. The employees are very professional, kind, and caring. Always asking how my kids are doing while they are getting there hair cut make you feel at home with how warming the atmosphere is.

I cannot say enough great things about The Cornerstone Barber Shop. I started coming here in July 2022. My first haircut by them was my first haircut in over 2 years. I was looking to donate my hair to Children with Hair Loss. Kristen was more than happy to facilitate my needs. During the cut and conversation, I found out that her husband, Joe used to frequently cut my autistic nephew’s hair before he moved out of state. (For those of you who may not be familiar with special needs, anything, including this can be a project requiring the patience of a Saint). I got married in December 2022 and The Cornerstone Barbershop was able to cut the hair and line up the facial hair of my groomsmen (all of us of different ages, races, and ethnicities), and again, was happily able to slip my nephew in as well. My nephew was so glad to see Joe again, (he will definitely let you know when he likes or dislikes someone). I have been coming here regularly since then (every 4-6 weeks) and have always been treated professionally and respectfully by Kris, Joe, and Jeanie. I don’t intend on visiting other shops that I used to use for service. I would recommend The Cornerstone Barbershop to anyone.

The Cornerstone Barbershop is the best addition to Pembroke! Kris and Joe are outstanding in their work they have provided to both of my nephews as well as my boyfriend! They are very accommodating with our busy schedules and always welcome us with a big smile and make us feel like family! Kris is amazing with my youngest nephew and very patient! They have toys to entertain the boys while we wait for our appointment, she has so many tricks up her sleeve to entertain the littles during their haircut! We are so blessed to be apart of the warm and inviting community they have created. I recommend them to everyone that I know and am so glad they joined our community!
