Perfect color, no notes! I am rather bad at explaining what I want and Isabelle was so patient with me. She took the condition of my hair into consideration and explained everything to me in a way I could understand, which I really appreciate. All staff is super kind and honestly so fun to gossip with!

First time going, was looking for a new style, so I chose the Style w/ Jen option. I was very glad I did! She had great recommendations on styling. products, and how it should be cut to achieve my goals. Great conversation as well!

I didn’t realize how much of a difference a great barber makes until I started going to Jen. She always gets my cut just right and makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The space she’s created has such a great vibe, you can tell it’s hers and it really shows in the details. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I really appreciate that Izzy took the time to talk to me about my hair multiple times about what color I'm looking for etc. she did a really great job styling it and I really appreciate how it looked because I did not love how it looked before but I would definitely be back..Izzy was so friendly and easy to talk to

I wish I didn't have to leave this review, because I do appreciate the effort Isabelle put in and don't believe my results reflect her normal level of work. That being said, I am so disappointed and frustrated with this visit and no solution could be worked out. Isabelle took two shots at my pink hair, first dying it red, then dying it very unevenly. I think letting me leave the salon with my hair in such terrible condition (without saying I would need a follow up to fix it) was very unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable going back to have it fixed (which they wanted a small fee to do) especially given the results on the first two tries. My primary reason for booking a salon visit was to even out my bleach base, which varies from a level 8 to 10, and she did nothing to address this problem (neither with service nor a direct explanation of why it could not be corrected) I appreciate that my stylist tried to fix the first color, but wish she had taken more time to communicate clearly and frankly about the condition of my hair, the levels of my blonde in my base, and what kinds of things we could and couldn't do. I also wish the stylist had said we couldn't do new color same day instead of doing such a messy job. I'm sure we could have worked out something if more care was taken, but as it stands I am out nearly $400 + tip, have more damage to my hair than was needed, and ended up having to spend even more on supplies to dye my hair on my own.

I’ve been getting my hair cut at The Buzz for about 2 years now, and I couldn’t recommend it more! Izzy (stylist and manager) and Jen (owner and master barber) are both the most lovely and talented people. I always feel so welcome and cared for there, and my hair cuts are top notch. I 100% recommend The Buzz.

Great experience! This was my first time there. The “Buzz” came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Jen cut my hair and from the moment I sat in the chair, she was engaged in my experience. She asked what type of cut I wanted, explained how it would be done and then delivered a fantastic cut, one that I could be proud of. Our conversation was great, flowing freely without any awkward pauses. I would definitely recommend the “Buzz” and I’m looking to return again and again.

Grace has turned my hair around completely. I went from black box dye in 2020 back to my gorgeous blonde in only 5 sessions. She listens to everything you say and really pays attention and takes pride in her work. Her spirit and attitude is always positive, she loves anyone who sits in her chair!

Isabelle took me from a hot mess express to my best full vivid moment. She went above and beyond to make sure I was fully aware of what she was doing, and then worked some major magic! 10/10 highly recommend. If you're looking for a vivid color job, Isabelle is the girl for you!!
