Be mindful there’s a man who will cut your hair ten times short of an inch of what you ask for. I’ve complained about it. I was told by the other people who answered the phone who in their defense said that my hair was already short when I came in. My top was well above 3 inches. The service I had asked of them was for it to be an inch long. They did not care to give a refund for a service I didn’t ask for. Don’t come here since they don’t want to promise a refund for the unsatisfactory conduct. Edit: Also upon a closer look they really messed up my hairline, it is not aligned at all!!! I might as well cut it myself…

We take every review seriously and document every service.<br><br>This client arrived with already short hair and requested only half an inch off for a clean-up and shaping — not a length correction. Before the service even began, he was pushing for a discount. The haircut was completed as requested, and he left satisfied with no complaints.<br><br>After leaving, he contacted us requesting a refund while changing the details of what was originally asked for. We cannot issue refunds for services that were completed correctly and approved before leaving the shop.<br><br>We encourage any client with concerns to return so we can review and correct them — no attempt was made to do so. Posting a negative review anonymously while refusing to return is unfortunate and reflects poorly on the intent behind it. We stand by our work and our staff.

Element Barbershop is a great spot. Just got a cut from Mathew and he did an awesome job. I booked online and he was ready to go as soon as I walked in, zero wait time. Great attention to detail and he really hustles. I was in and out of there in 30 mins. I have been going to another local shop and usually wait 15 - 20 mins just to get in the chair. Really happy I gave this place a try and I'll definitely be back. Thank you Mathew!

I have been coming here for a couple of years and I have been having Long cut my hair. He does a fantastic job and knows how I need my hair cut without saying a word. He is a really nice and funny guy and we always have great conversations. He is a true gentleman and professional barber. The atmosphere is great and the other barbers are also great.If I ever needed something tweaked as he is cutting my hair all I would need to do is ask as he wants every client to have total satisfaction. Julio should be thrilled to have such a great guy representing his business.

Awesome location, and easy to get to. We see Kelsey, she does an awesome job. She is great with my son and she always does exactly what we ask for. 10/10

This place is the bomb. I don’t know how it took me this long to find this shop but happy I finally did. Very professional shop, meticulous service. And the fact you can book an appointment online is a huge plus. Barber is waiting for you right when you walk in. Kelsey along with the other barbers do great work. You won’t be disappointed. Kudos to the ownership for hiring outstanding barbers. They clearly enjoy their work.

I have been going to element for haircuts for the last few years. I have always had a good experience and never once cancelled an appointment. This morning I scheduled an appointment with any available barber. I had an emergency come up and was told I will be charged $50 for needing to cancel my appointment. The reason being this happens far too often. Although I have never cancelled in 2 years of going. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning for another haircut here.

Hi Sean, I'm sorry you feel this way. We created our cancellation policy to protect our professional barbers. As you know, we offer appointments which gives our customers guaranteed time without having to wait in line. Unfortunately, when someone cancels too close to their scheduled time, this leaves us unable to fill the slot. We always strive to provide our patrons with high quality hair cuts and exceptional customer service.<br><br>When we spoke by phone, I was simply trying to explain the reason for having this policy and our need to uphold it. It's clearly written on our scheduling app. We understand emergencies happen and try to be as flexible and understanding as possible. However, you notified us of your work situation too close to your appointment time. <br><br>We appreciate your business over the years and wish you well. We're trying to make things as fair as possible for our barbers and our customers.

I have bee going to Katelyn for over 5 years, she is the best haircut I have every received. Katelyn is friendly, a true professional, and I would recommend her and Element Barbershop to anyone. Element's new space is clean and comfortable as well.

Jay was great! As a first timer to this location - service was excellent. He saw me exactly when I was scheduled, and he trimmed me up perfectly a few weeks before my wedding! I'll be returning in a couple weeks!

A+ in every aspect. Julio is an amazing barber and an equally amazing person. Great customer service and he is super easy to talk to (which is huge for me because I hate sitting in a chair in awkward silence for a half hour) I have had nothing but perfect experience every time I go there. I plan on moving out if state soon but will continue to make the 1.5 hour drive to get my haircut here. I recommend Element to anyone and everyone!
