I moved to Needham in 2025 and searched for a good barbershop. I was continually disappointed UNTIL I found Royal Barbershop. I got the best haircut I've had in years. It was a bit more expensive, but well worth the price. Raphael did a great job!

Being going to Diogo at The Royal Barbershop for about 3 years now. Fantastic cut and beard trim every time! Everyone here is very kind and the atmosphere is laid back. Place is always extremely clean and neat as well. Thank you Diogo + rest of staff!

Today was my first every visit, and it was an outstanding experience. My Barber was Cedric and he did an amazing job. Very chill guy, nice to talk to, and an expert in his craft.

Tiago is the best in town! He’s been cutting my hair for years, and now he’s also taking care of my son’s hair. I really appreciate his skill, professionalism, and experience — always delivers great results!

Rafael is amazing, my son loves coming here. Rafael is super patient, polite and attentive. Very well run place with hard working hair professionals for men. Owner is very flexible and accommodating. Very clean barber shop.

Haircut was excellent with Victor. I also took my sons in a few days later with Filipe. They both have sensory issues and haircuts have always been a slug. But Felipe was super good with them. They didn’t cry once. Definitely going back for all the boys and the family

A great shop for a fresh cut!! I followed my barber Rafael here from his last shop, he is attentive to details and really listens to his clients, he is always looking to make sure you leave his chair feeling top notch about your cut! He is the best barber I have had in a really long time and will continue to have him cut my hair as long as I live in the area! From a long-time client of his please give him a chance!
