I personally had a bad experience with this place. A friend recommended it as “one of the best.” It was hard to get an appointment, but the front desk guy helped me get one. The barber who helped me clearly didn’t want to help me. The haircut turned out bad, and when I asked to shave my neck after finishing trimming my beard, he said, “I don’t have time.” They claimed the website doesn’t specify that, but the website said that “ Complimentary hot lather neck shave.” Anywhere in the world, “haircut and beard” means full service. I’m leaving 2 stars because at least the guy who helped me get the appt was nice.

Great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd give 5 stars if there were more ways to pay. Having options besides just cash would make things a lot more convenient.

I’ve been going to Silvestro’s Barber Shop for 10 years, and every time I leave, I’m beyond impressed. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, and classic. Rich is a master of his craft. Richie always delivers with precision and care. He takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for and never rushes the job. Highly recommend Silvestro’s for anyone looking for top-tier service and a great haircut

To start off I was asked to rescheduled the appointment two hours earlier than what i had, which i agreed to. Once I reached and the person started cutting, I realised he is just very new to this. Silvestros should train people properly before letting them cut hair. I felt very uncomfortable getting the haircut. My hair from the front and back were not cut properly at all. I had to give multiple instructions to cut the sides properly. After getting this haircut, I am questioning why I traveled all the way to this place to get an haircut, i could have get this cut anywhere.

Richie has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. From growing up together and watching him start his own business truly has been a wonderful thing. Not many people know what they want to do professionally that young but Richie did. Between running a great shop, giving amazing haircuts and being a friend, there is no one else I would rather get a haircut from. If you are new to the area please give them a shot. My bald fade comes out perfect, every time. These guys are highly skilled. But, more importantly, they're welcoming and friendly. Their location off 93 is also very convenient from most places in the area. I also love the fact that I can easily book appointments online. I can honestly say this is the best barbershop I've ever been to. Highly recommended.

Great place with great barbers. The owner (Rich) is a great guy and is always there working the line with the other barbers. They all love to joke around and enjoy working together. Pick any barber and you'll get an amazing haircut, can't go wrong. Love the fact you can book online and come straight in for your haircut. Best way to describe this place, it's like the song from the 80s TV show Cheer: "Sometimes you want to go Where everybody knows your name, And they're always glad you came"

Glad to see everyone gives these guys a positive review. It really is a great shop, and the staff are superb. I've only had great cuts from this shop, and I've had my hair cut by three of the barbers. The guys are always cracking jokes, and you can't beat the price for the quality. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience, old-school kind of atmosphere, but with the latest skills and products. This shop is staffed with true professionals who know how to cut hair and who listen to what their clients want. It's now my regular shop, and I've never had a bad cut there, which is saying something because I've got "difficult" hair. I always wait for Richie, the owner, but Chris has also cut my hair and he is excellent, too.
