Quality haircut every time. Consistent. Incredible service, friendly store owner Leo will greet you or any staff working. They are very flexible with accommodations in the haircut and with timing as needed. Every time I go, the place is busy with smiling customers. Congratulations to a great team running this place! An official Medford staple for me; added to my norms.

I came in for the first time, My head was an absolute wreck. Leo and gang took care of me. I look 10 years younger. I know it's hard to believe. I highly recommend Leo's place.

Been going to Leo’s for a long time - last three times have been disappointing. Staff are usually preoccupied on their phone, talking to visitors and don’t pay attention to customers requests.

I have an adult son with autism and we began having Leo cut his hair just over a year ago. Immediately Leo understood my sons needs and made him very comfortable the moment he sat in the chair. For the first time in 28 years my son did not flinch or make a scene while at the barber. He has never gotten a haircut and a shave where it was completely finished until we met Leo. I reccomend Leo and his staff wholeheartedly and will continue to return with my son forever. If you have not already checked them out, why are you waiting.

Not quite sure what happened when I cleared away the meticulous brushing and combing my barber did. If my hair looks this atrocious after a shower, surely something is wrong. I had to see another barber the same day to clean up my cut. It bulged awkwardly on the sides, was uneven, and something STRANGE is happening on the left there. This haircut took over an hour btw. I wouldn’t care as much that my barber was pausing every 5 seconds to chat with one of the other barbers if it wasn’t so evident in the quality of the cut.
