Long story short, I generally have long hair and haven't had a cut since about August of last year. Luis was excellent and nailed what I asked for. Would highly recommend

Luis did amazing with my haircut.. wasn't really sure what I wanted to get done.. he walked me through the options... I haven't had a fade look this velvety and smooth as this one does. He took his time was very detail oriented I definitely will be back and would invite others to come. First haircut with him and he knocked it out the park.

New owner is awesome!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and listens to your wants and needs, but will also let you know if your expectations are not reachable. I dont bring my grandson anywhere else. They do take walk-ins and prices are fair. Go there! They don't disappoint! Oh! They also do hair designs ( my grandson loves getting one)

The guys who cut my hair had no idea what he did. I have tried many places in Lowell, by far this was the worst hair cut I got. May be they are good with Latino style hair, other communities should be careful with him. I just feel the guys has less understanding of how to cut hair, especially thick, long hair. The good thing was that he was very friendly and communicates in English. Also, they only take cash. After he cut my hair, he let me go and bring the cash. He was cool with that. I appreciate that.

Jose is an amazing barber and I really only like going to him. He was very busy the other day so someone else cut my hair and I didn't like it. He let me come back later that night after closing hours to fix my hair and I highly appreciate that. Great place with a great price.

This barbershop is the definition of professional. Jose is hands down the best barber to ever to touch my hair. He understands what his customer wants and does the best. Takes his time to make sure everything is sharp, clean and perfect. Been my barber for 3 years now and will be my barber until I die.

I rated this place 5 stars previously, but I stopped going here. There's a lack of respect for customer's time. You need an appointment to get your hair cut by Jose, but he will make you wait 45 minutes to 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time to finally get in the chair. Decided to leave at 3:45 last week because I had to get to work, I had a 2:30 appointment. I am never usually one to complain or walk out of an establishment, but this was happening more often than not- and I was coming here once per week for the last few months, $100 a month. I just don't understand the point of making an appointment if it's not going to be honored.
