I’ve been to a few shops with my boys but I have to say this shop is amazing great haircuts great atmosphere, and what really sold me was how they treat young men with special needs! Hands down the best shop in Lowell! Thanks guys for your service and kindness to my son and others! 🧩

This is a great barber shop! The first time I brought my son here was 3 years ago when I lived in Lowell. Although we don't live in the area anymore, we came back to Billy's a few months ago because my son wasn't comfortable in the other shops we tried. There's a cool vibe here that we haven't found in many shops. My son has sat in all of the barbers' chairs except Billy's but they all do a great job. Our 20 minute drive is always worth it & we'll keep coming back!

Alex hooked me up with a dope haircut and beard trim! He’s welcoming, kind and an awesome barber. Looking good and feeling fresh! The shop has a really cool and comfortable vibe. Everything was totally on point and I’m looking forward to next time. 💈🙏

Best Barber shop I have ever been to. I called the morning of for a last minute hair cut and beard trim/line up for my sisters wedding. I had an apt with Alex 40 mins later. Showed up was very professional and clean. Very Polite and reasonable priced, with great quality of work. I will def be back, thanks Alex!

Went to Billy's Barber shop today. my friend has been telling me good things about this place. so he called ahead and got me a spot. Had my beard shaped up and came out awesome the barber that shaped me up is "buck" he did a fantastic job and I got a chance to talk to the owner and he is very friendly. I had great conversations there and the atmosphere is cool and very comfortable couches. I'm very pleased with the service that I got here at Billy's definitely will come again!!!!

Literally one of the best barber shops I've ever been too. The customer service is phenomenal. They're such great easy going people and you can tell they're all passionate about their career! I'm excited to see these guys again soon :)

Our first experience at the shop was just splendid. Willie; the master barber and owner, was able to accommodate my wife and I with a very short notice, and did a great job. He sure knows his art and has great people/customer service skills, with just a huge heart. The shop is very clean, with a cozy feel and layout, and just a relaxing place to get a great cut after a hard day at work. I don't need to look elsewhere after moving into the area from out of town, Billy's will be my barber shop for a long time. Ask for Billie and he'll take great care of you!!

Hey this is the last Barber shop you will need to check out!!! Once your in there, you will realize.. "WOW Finally I feel comfortable and relaxed" My first haircut was awesome and when I just went again yesterday, I do have to admit one of the Best Cut ever... Alex was the Barber, Awesome Job, oh and Billy no joke when I say this The cleanest Barber shop I've ever been......Definitely 5 Star's "YA BABY"
