The best barber shop around! The service is incredible! Everyone is so friendly! The experience was top tier! Thank you to the receptionist for explaining the website and booking my appointment! David did a GREAT job with my haircut! No wonder why he has so many awards!! I was also looking around at the other barbers work and to be honest they’re all talented! Impressed! I already booked my next 4 appointments up front!

My 2 boys (13 & 9) and me have been getting cut by Leo for a couple years. Always the best haircuts! We love Leo, and all the barbers do a really good job. The shop is super clean and family friendly. After bouncing around from shop to shop in the Shrewsbury/Worcester area, New Image has given us consistently great results in a great environment. Lupe and David run a great shop!

The best barbershops in Massachusetts! I’ve been going to Carlos for over 10 years and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a nice crispy fade. Such an amazing environment as well, with clean and welcoming staff. If your looking for a place to get a hair cut, book with Carlos’s, one of the best barbers around.

New Image is the greatest Barber Shop around. Carlos is super talented and takes his time with every cut. On top of that, he’s incredibly personable and makes you feel comfortable the second you sit in the chair. He actually listens to what you want and makes sure you walk out feeling confident every time. The overall vibe of the shop is laid back, welcoming, and professional without feeling stiff. Great energy, great people, and consistently great cuts. David , the owner is always doing great work in the community as well. When you walk in you can tell that everyone really gets along and it’s like a big family. Highly recommend Carlos and New Image to anyone looking for a top tier barber experience.

I have been coming to new image for several years, even before they had the Hudson location. This is a great shop and the barbers truly care about providing care and quality when giving haircuts. Carlos is my barber and he has always taken the extra time to make sure I’m satisfied, he is a hard worker and I highly recommend him. I appreciate all the staff at the shop and always look forward to seeing them when I walk in for a haircut. This is a highly professional crew and you won’t be disappointed .

Always a great experience here. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. My son and I both love coming here. it’s become our go-to barbershop. Quality cuts, great vibes, and even better people. We’ll definitely continue coming back.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Carlos for over 10 years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. His consistency, attention to detail, and ability to always deliver exactly what I want is rare to find. Carlos truly cares about his craft and his clients and it shows within his work. New Image Barbershop as a whole is top-tier, the atmosphere is welcoming, the service is always on point, and they genuinely make you feel like family the moment you walk in. It’s more than just a haircut, it’s an experience. Highly recommend Carlos and New Image Barbershop to anyone in the Central MA area!

Look no further. New Image is the best barber shop around. I’ve been a client for over 5 years and I love coming here. Staff is very welcoming , professional, and the shop is always extremely clean. Special shout out to Kaylie who always gives me and my son the best haircuts!

I went to New Image for the first time with my soon today. He got his cut by Kaylie, she’s amazing, personable, and talented!! My son chose a haircut and she pulled one up to make sure it was exactly what he wanted. This was by far his favorite cut and he usually gets the same type and hasn’t found someone who could do it exactly the way he wanted and she did. I’ll be taking the rest of my boys here too! I highly recommend going to her for your cuts especially for the young boys keeping up with the latest trends!
