I booked an appointment for my son at 11 AM and checked in right away. After waiting 30 minutes, they finally told me the barber I booked with wasn’t coming. There was only one barber available, and I was told I could either wait for four kids ahead of us or cancel. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. Very unprofessional and disappointing

Had a haircut at 4pm and Charlie took us in as soon as we came in. He did a great job with my 5 yr old and was very precise on his cut. Definitely will be returning.

My 2 teens went on Friday to get a line up and when I say they messed both they heads up I’m not kidding.. I strongly believe it was new barbers and clearly have no experience I don’t even know if they was educated and licensed.. I will be calling tomorrow because somebody fixing it…

Booked an appointment on the app with charly (the owner) a week prior to my son’s appointment. My son showed up to his appointment, nobody knew where charly was nor were they able to get ahold of him. My son sat and waited 40 minutes for them to tell him he’s not coming in and nobody would be available to cut his hair in the next hour. I got ahold of charly and he said he was “busy doing his taxes” no excuse as to why he couldn’t simply cancel the appointment. I would have gladly took my son else where. Terrible customer service charly. Maybe have a little more understanding of your paying customers time.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I went last night, and it was 6p My barber was getting ready to pick up his son. When he saw me walk in, he told me what he had to do. Then he said I could come back in an hour to fade you up. He met me back at the barber shop at 7:10p. and stayed until 8 p.m. to fade me up. Dedication and loyalty at this spot!! This is the best spot!!

Just got a really nice haircut here. They are great. Detailed my hairline, beard put product in that smelt good. real chill guys took their time and did a great job probably best haircut iv gotten. Definitely coming back. Great clips sucks go here.

So far my son has had his haircuts done 3x here. Very professional, cuts are clean, and fast. And I dread haircut days, but they are awesome with kids! Highly recommend.

This place is bogus it says the shop is open at 9am they have two neon signs saying open. The door is locked. This is false advertisement, this is a disrespectful to peoples time. If you are not going to be open at the time you said your going to be open don’t lie and waste peoples time. Will never waste my time at this subpar hair cutting front won’t even call it a barber shop it’s a disgrace to the profession

My Barber Edward took his time and even though we had a language barrier he made sure to check with another barber first beforehand so I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. Edward will definitely see me again. He is a true professional. I highly recommend him. Happy Holidays to the Exclusive crew
