This is one of the most unprofessional barbershops I’ve ever visited. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but they consistently fall short. During my first visit, Wilson lied to me about the cost of the haircut. This week, I tried booking several appointments, and each time they changed the schedule without notifying me. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to El Nuevo for years. One of the best barber shops around. Great friendly staff, and some of the best fades in town.

Wilson was the only option when I booked an appointment. I told him a taper on the sides and back and half an inch off the top. I understand he speaks Spanish, so I also showed him how much to take off the top with my fingers, and showed him 3 pictures. He finishes the taper which I thought I was happy with. (Upon getting home and looking more closely he messed this up too). He then takes his scissors and cuts a good 2 inches of my bangs off. Not to mention he was scrolling on TikTok during the entire haircut.

Christian is the best barber ive ever had. I have tried so many in my life they just did not want to get it right. Christian heard me out and simply did what I wanted and he’s been doing it every single week for months. He’s gained a customer for life. If you check this spot out use thecut app and sign up for Christian. You will never be disappointed.

Barber was very professional, courteous and clean! I was there while he cleaned his chair, barber cape, brushes, combs and clippers before my son's service. And the cut was amazing!

It was Monday and my normal barber was closed. The guy who cut my hair did a decent job, but I saw some mistakes. My other barber takes 40 min, this place it’s about an hour. They take their time which is nice, but if you’re in a rush like me don’t go here. Also, the prices are outrageous $40 for a haircut and shave? I pay $20 at Alves down the street. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Very fast and efficient there are around 8-10 guys working there. walk ins are welcome and wilson gave me a great hair cut. I've tried 3 others there and they're all good. general haircut is 20$ and beard is around 12$.

An excellent local spot for a cut. Prices are pretty much on par with other full service barbershops. Each barber has their own chair and enough supplies to get the job done. Wait times can be long, so plan on spending around 40 minutes when all is said and done
