I've been going to this barber shop for years and the owner and his son are amazing people the whole barber shop is fantastic do you need a great cut stop by you won't be disappointed. Now they have another location further up Broadway so go check them out

Best barber, hands down! I’ve been taking my kids to see Elbis for over 10 years, and he never disappoints. We even drive over an hour just so the boys can get the best haircut possible. Truly skilled, professional, and always welcoming. We love him!

Dude did not have skills. You told him to do one thing he does another. He doesn’t listen very well. All he do is gossip instead of paying attention to what he’s doing.

The kid all the way to the right back of barbershop terrible. Tipped 10$ for this. He couldn’t speak English but I told the next guy what I wanted. I wanted his hair long at the top and he cut it all off. Left my son with 1” of hair. Made a whole second lineup around the neck. My husband usually take him and speaks Spanish but they should be able to accommodate people who can’t speak Spanish. Annoying. Waste of money. Its hair and grows back is the only reason I’m not heated. But his father is heated and wanted to walk back in there. But I’m just like no. Just don’t go here.

My barber was nice, but didn’t ask enough questions. I asked to clean up around back and sides with #1, don’t touch the top. He changed the cut from a mid fade taper to a much higher fade. He asked if I wanted my beard done, but didn’t ask about my face. My face line up is noticeably uneven. At the end he didn’t show me the cut when he was done. I understand my experience is not most people’s.

Barber takes off for 15 min and leaves me waiting , first he didn't tell me just took off. second he was almost done literally just need it to clean the lines 4 min tops.. And $25 bucks for a hair cut brooo ...I can pay that for a better experience somewhere else

It's not worth a $25 when you can't a facial haircut i understand they have to protect themselves because of the covid-19. But still the prices is a rip-off.. trust me a lot of people going to complain about it. Lower the price . Make it worth it for the customer s.

I’ve only been here about three or four times. However, my stylist treats me as if I have been going there for years which is amazing all by itself. They have good music to vibe to making it a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is lively making you feel comfortable and in good hands. I’ve never walked out disappointed and wish I had more photos to show the stylist talent. They’ve also installed an ATM for your convenience that charges just $2.00 so there is not need for a pit stop. If you’ve ever had any doubts about going here change that mentality now. Go in for a cut and you will walk out with a new outlook! 💯

When I joined the military I had a hard time finding barbers who cut as good as these guys. I’ve gotten cuts in CA, TX, VA, NC, SC and FL and I’ve got to say, Santiago’s is at the top with the best barbershops I’ve ever been to. When I’m home this is my “go to” place.
