Awesome service! I used to come here as a kid. Just moved back to the area. Walked in today and was treated like royalty! 70 years in business and still going strong! Great work!

Just moved to the area from Florida and came across Frank & Vinny's Barber Shop through a Google search. I couldn't believe they were open and could get me in this morning at 7:00 AM when I called them yesterday. Frank was conversational and gave me a great cut - high tapered razor fade. Prices were fair compared to what I have paid elsewhere for the same/similar cut. Excellent way to get my day started - really appreciate the hospitality!

Used to come here pre-pandemic. Decent cut and reliably fast walk-in service, though at a high price. Life is busy and if there's one thing I can "fit in" whenever I have time rather than calling and booking an appointment that makes things so much easier. Now they're appointment only, and can only offer walk-ins a seat in the back, and "we'll try to fit you in at some point, cant tell when." Not worth my trouble, certainly can get the same or better cut for less money (and attitude) elsewhere.

Stopped going here years ago because the staff was curt and the cuts rushed. I decided to give them another go the other day and, shame on me, it was exactly the same if not worse. They operate on a conveyor belt principle - in and out as fast as possible. They blatantly ignore what you ask them to do, buzzing away as they please, then charge more than anywhere else you're likely to find.

This is directly to the owner, after walking into his establishment I noticed one customer getting their haircut and three other barbers enjoying coffee. he informed me that I needed to make an appointment after going there for over four years. I told him sure but in those four walls he may be the owner but outside of it I am the customer and the old mighty Dollar rules. He just lost a customer do to your lack of understanding the customer comes first.

my hair was cut by frank and it was the worst haircut experience i have ever received in my entire life. He was insulting my hair calling it greasy and oily when it wasn’t. i showed him a picture of the haircut i wanted and then after cutting my hair he said the haircut i asked for was “impossible”. Which if he couldnt have given me the haircut he shouldn’t have agreed to attempting to give it to me in the first place. After recieving the worst haircut of my life he claimed i was being “fussy and rude” by asking him to fix the back. The back of my head looked like a mushroom and looked horrible and i asked if he could save the haircut by fading the back. He refused saying just because your dissatisfied with the haircut doesn’t mean i can give you two haircuts. when i was just asking him to fix my hair. He said i dont charge everyone $30 for two haircuts. Which he did not charge he charged me $38 for the worst haircut of my life. i paid $38 to have my hair ruined and to be insulted when i was only trying to feel good about myself by getting a haircut. i have never been rude to a barber in my life and i can’t believe how bad of a barber and human frank is.directly after i went to another barber and paid $25 to get a way better haircut

My Barber for the last 20 years! Friendly, Efficient, great value are just a few reasons that I wouldn't go anywhere else. Once you are greeted at the door by Frank, you will understand what I am saying! They are the best!!!

Walked in off the street only had to wait 5 minutes in my car until I was called. I was in a hurry so was happy to get seated quickly. Barber Jesse (I think) did a good job. Go to pay - it was $30. A little steep but whatever. Was planning on just giving $40 and walking out. Then they told me cash only. I only had card. I understand no one likes paying fees to CC but it's 2020 and I have to pay my fair of CC fees for my business because my clients prefer to pay by CC. They tell me where the ATM is (a block or 2 away but it's raining) and that I need to leave a card. I tell them sorry not leaving my card - but that I'll be right back. They start insisting I leave a card I say not a chance and walk over to atm (in the rain) get my money and go back. Son answers the door tells me I was rude (maybe I was a little I'm not leaving my CC with anyone) and that I should apologize. I did apologize but told him I'm not leaving something of mine because you want to inconvenience me by not taking CC. Long story short - take CC's it's 2020 and people don't always carry cash. You lost a $10 tip and got a 2 star review because how the owner yelled at me when I told him I wasn't leaving my card with him.

For 35 years I have been a customer of Frank's and then of his son, Frank, both of whom gave me good, and caring, haircuts. The current Frank used to hold a mirror for me to see his work, a nice touch, but he has dropped that service. More to the point, on my visits over the past year, the quality of his work has diminished significantly, and it's felt like he was rushing me out of the chair. Once, when I tried to tell him what I would like, he interrupted me half way through, ignoring what I had to say. Not a nice way to treat a paying customer. I now understand the notion of 'customer loyalty'. As my trust in his work has steadily diminished, I have, nevertheless, continued to give him my business. No more.

First off I would like to say that the people who work here are super nice, and very inviting. This was a great first impression and I thought they were extremely welcoming. But on the other hand, I haven't had this bad of haircut since I was in elementary school. The woman who cut my hair was very nice, and sweet, however she did not know how to give a bald fade whatsoever. I have patches of longer hair right now, and will be going to another shop to get a bald fade. This was just my experience, and I know there are other barbers over there and she might even do well with other cuts, but this one was not and was botched.
