This place is no joke. I'm from out of town. I chose this place because they provided the specific service I was looking for and they had great ratings. I had no idea if the rating was deserved. I just finished an hour with Eddie getting a head and face shave, goatee trim, and general clean up. When I tell you this is one of the better straight razor experiences I've had, I speak from a wealth of experience. I've easily had a hundred or so and only a handful of them met or exceeded this experience. Eddie is a pro. He's attentive, meticulous, and thorough; a master of his craft. Whenever I'm back in the area and looking to be pampered, I'll definitely be back to see Eddie again.

I moved to Cambridge recently and have always been picky about who I let cut my hair. I decided to give Razors a try as they had the best reviews online, and I'm very glad I did. Pete gave me an excellent haircut, and was very friendly and professional. He knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me some great advice/tips as he went along. I'll be going back for regular cuts and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good barber in town.

Ive been going to Razors Barbershop for over a year on a weekly basis getting my hair cut by Eddie. Eddie consistently takes care of me, provides advice when I want to slightly alter the style, and takes his time with each of my cuts. Additionally, the rest of the team has always been great about helping out if needed. Thank you for everything!

Great haircuts, barbers are personable and friendly. Joe B is extremely skilled and consistently cuts hair to perfection. Fair price for stellar service. Highly recommend for those in the Cambridge area. Only place to improve is certain barbers can't be booked for 3 week blocks making it hard to book a haircut without planning far in advance. It may be some issue with the booking platform used as I would cancel an earlier appointment and it wouldn't show up as available when I tried to immediately re-book to a later date.

I asked for a MID fade. As you can see from the photo, the barber I had went extremely high, not paying attention to the fact that it still needed to be blended into the length I wanted on top. I’m now left looking like I have a mop on the top of my head for the next month. Other than that, customer service was really good. Had issues booking on the website, but they were super helpful over the phone.

We try our best to make sure everyone leaves happy and even harder to amend the situation if somebody does not. We tried to reach you directly but I do not have any record of you in our system (not to say you weren’t with us). We would love the opportunity to try to make things right for you and at the very least to offer you a refund because nobody should pay for a service they are not satisfied with. While this is a smaller version of their Somerville location, you can expect the same level of professionalism and quality. The place is bright, clean and smells fantastic! I've been cutting my hair with Joe for a couple of years now, so I would highly recommend him. That being said, I know the whole crew is well-trained and you'll get a great, fresh haircut regardless of who you go with. Also worth mentioning, as a gay guy, I've always felt welcomed at Razors, which is unfortunately not the case at most other barbershops.

I’ve been coming to Razors for my haircut ever since I moved to the area about 5 years ago. Anthony and his team are exceptional at what they do - in addition to a superior haircut, they are friendly, professional, and just overall great guys to talk to about everything and anything. I come in around every 2 weeks for a cut and very much enjoy my visits each and every time. The new Cambridge location is just an added bonus, as this is easily the best barbershop I’ve ever been to. Definitely give Razors a try and I have no doubt you’ll be a customer for life!

Razors is hands down the best barbershop in the Boston area! I cannot recommend them enough! They’re the only place I’ve found that always give me a consistently great cut. I usually book with Anthony, but everyone I’ve gone to here is professional and knows what they’re doing! Booking an appointment is simple, easy and takes the wait time out of actually getting a haircut. These guys are great and they’re the only ones I trust to keep me looking fresh!
