Sent my son here . Front is so short The most messed up haircut ever. Uneven , butchered ,chopped ,fade not blended. Going to take months to grow out.

Came here on Friday to get a lineup, the Barber, who took care of me was great, I had to come here to get my lineup adjusted because the first barbershop I went to messed it up, it’s a picture on the left is what the first barber did and the picture on the right is what Bridgewater barbershop did made it look completely better.

uh my barber spoke very little English; it was very hard to communicate. I asked for a trim and he said, "huh." I knew from there it was unprofessional

Went into the barber to get a haircut, I got a young guy cutting my hair, he didn’t really speak English so was hard explaining him the cut, he was quick in getting the cut done, however at the end when I asked him to make the shorter on the sides and back he was not impressed, he did end up doing it, but had the robe off and he got all my hair over the back side of my sweater. And got everywhere in the car. I paid him and gave him a tip as he was expecting one. I was not able to confirm the full hairstyle as he had wetted my hair, but later when I styled it, my hair was very uneven and long strands were coming out from the top. And sides were also messed up. I read the reviews and they place suggest to come in for a fix if you are unhappy, so I went in and nicely explained them what had happened and they talked amongst themselves for a bit and agreed that the hair was not right and he confirmed with the young guy of what he had done. They agreed to fix the hair, and this new barber was certainly better at his job and took his time to fix the hair, and I was planning to offer him a tip for it. But at the end he asked me the full cost of the haircut, which was not agreed upon initially, as the shop was the one that messed it up in the first place. However I just paid the price, but the haircut ended up costing me over 60 dollar. I am surprised but the poor customer service.

Good place to stop in after class and make you never want to get a haircut again. The barbers have no real care about how they cut your hair and will leave you full of regret. Don’t go here.

I was checking the camera of the place, I don't see that you have come to this barbershop. I would like you to come and report this to the owner of the barbershop since none of the barbers recognize you.

I had a big boil on my temple that would not go away two days after getting a haircut here. Went to the doctors who told me it was a staph infection. The haircut was good but I can’t go back knowing they might not sterilize their equipment properly.

I would like to know which barber cut you since we are several, but all the barbers disinfect their clippers before and after each cut. Apart from that, it is a very clean place.

Very nice barbers, but I went in sat in the chair and was asked what I wanted. Proceeded to say I’d like a LOW skin fade and a line up, nothing else besides that. Probably the worst haircut experience ive had. Asked for nothing off the top or nothing close to the sides near the top. Certified high and tight. Again nice barbers but definitely not even close to what I asked for.

One hundred and many that experience that you went through I would like to know which barber was the one who cut your hair. You can go back to the barbershop, there are 7 barbers, because a barber who did not do the job correctly does not mean that the others will do it wrong, you can go again and ask for Rafael and explain to him what happened to you to have an idea that it was you and to be able to do what you really want.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the barbershop with Manny, who gave me a skin fade with a beard trim. The results were outstanding! The lines and trims were incredibly precise, showcasing Manny's attention to detail and skill. Not only was the haircut top-notch, but the customer service was also exceptional. Manny was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was satisfied with the look. I highly recommend visiting Manny for anyone looking for a fresh cut and a great experience!

My barber asked me to demonstrate how short I wanted my hair cut and proceeded to cut most of my hair off. I asked for my beard to be cut even and it came out patchy and he shaved off where my mustache connects on one side but not the other. When I approached to the barber with my concerns, his coworkers began insulting me in Spanish. He refunded me $30 out of the $40 he charged me and kicked me out. The cost doesn't reflect the quality of the service provided, watch out who you trust with your hair.

I'm so sorry for what happened, Cozy. I was able to check the security camera to see what happened. I sincerely apologize for what happened. I spoke with the employee about the incident, reprimanded him, and told him that such behavior is unprofessional. I told him that next time it happens, he will be let go. I want him to come back and ask for Rafael. The others felt bad about what happened. They weren't insulting you in Spanish; they weren't saying anything against you. We're known for the good work we do and our kindness. This is the first time something like this has happened, and I hope it never happens again. Thank you. I would like him to come back. Not all barbers are rude. Thank you. I hope he comes back and asks for Rafael.

Wow … I am blown away by the quality of the cut my son and I received tonight. As they were closing they gladly invited us in. I loved the numbered pictures to show exactly what we wanted. Full service barber awesome with kids and great for adults. The fade was great and all the lines extremely clean and neat. I recommend this shop for all ages. I’m a super picky individual and hard to impress. The Bridgewater Barbershop 💈 exceeded expectations.
