Got a cut from Alex, he's a genuinely rude person and talks down to you about your preferences. I would not recommend.

These guys are the best! They know what they are doing, take their time, listen to their customers and are true professionals. Best cut in the city for an affordable price. I always go to Hector who is fantastic!

I got my haircut today by Triston and he did a phenomenal job. I’ve been getting cut by him for more than a year. His work is outstanding and he’s even better at being on a personal level with his clients. The atmosphere here is also phenomenal. Definitely recommend this place and Triston. 💯

My son goes regularly to have his hair cut at Society Barbershop. They are very pricey like a “hair wash” cost is $15.00. My son’s Fade hair cut was $45.00 plus tip, the total was $52.00. The barber Hector N. is a great barber. He takes his time to give us a perfect cut. Hector is highly recommended.

In town on business and needed a quick hair and beard clean up. Easy to book online, flexible when I needed to change times. And Alex was a true pro. Very detail oriented and has me wishing my regular barber was as meticulous back home. Will be back when in Boston!

I’m in town for work and went to Alex for a haircut/beard trim. He did an absolute phenomenal job. He asked questions and listened to fully understand what I wanted and did a knock out job. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend everyone check him out.

Yesterday I made a reservation at the South End barbershop. 10 minutes before the scheduled time, when I was almost there, I received a text announcing the cancellation of my appointment, but without any explanation. Since I was almost there, I went over to check if anything had happened, but everything seemed normal inside, even though the door was closed: a customer was being served, albeit in a position almost hidden from view from the street, and a guy sat mesmerized by his cell phone, his eyes glued to his screen. I knocked on the glass several times, but he ignored me. My impression was that whoever was originally supposed to see me (perhaps that guy) didn't want to work anymore that afternoon and unilaterally canceled the appointment. I made an effort to keep my appointment on time, and I don't live in the South End, so I really wasted an hour of my time for nothing. I'd been a client of yours before, but I'd never dream of returning. Isaac

Update New Location: Best Barbershop in the area!! All of them are great, I have typically used Alex. Alex had taken care of me for a few years. Knows what he is doing and is always professional. If you are looking to make a change, I highly recommended Society Barbershop!
