Smitty's Barbershop is the place to go if you want a quality haircut. The owner Michael is a meticulous barber who strives for perfection and has an infectious personality. Smitty's Barbershop is in a terrific location and spotless and clean. If you want a great haircut and good conversation, go to Smitty's.

Fantastic service. Mike takes good care of his customers, is easy to communicate with, and is very polished and attentive to detail in his cuts. I've tried several barbers in the area and this has become my go-to place. Highly recommend.

I visited the barber shop today for a haircut and was fortunate to be paired with Tina. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. My appointment was on time, which is always a plus in my book. What stood out to me the most was Tina's passion for her work. It's refreshing to see someone who not only excels at their job but also genuinely enjoys it. Tina isn't just going through the motions; she's an artist who's dedicated to her craft. This was my first haircut in seven years, as I had a hair transplant a few months ago. Tina took the time to consult with me to find the best possible style that would suit me. She was meticulous with each cut, ensuring that the final look was nothing short of perfect. She also provided valuable advice on what styles would work best for me moving forward. The service was priced at $30, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny and then some. I'm pleased to announce that Tina will be my go-to barber from now on. Thank you, Tina, for making my first haircut in years an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Been coming here for 5 years, never gotten a bad haircut. I alternated between Mike and Jake before he left. Just had a cut from Tina and she was awesome, too. I love the vibe, too. Every time I walk in, "hey brother," like Mike's been waiting to see me. Consistent cuts and consistent people. It's a different pace, it feels nice to be there. Highly recommend.

Brian gave me a buzz cut and a bald fade. The beard/sideburns area was a mess and I had to fix it myself when I got home. Also my neck was burning after he cut me up with the clippers. Very disappointed after seeing the good reviews. I wanted to try somewhere local for a change and won't be returning here. Included photos along with one of how a bald fade should look.

Mike is one of the best barber's in Boston, not only for his haircuts but his personality. He takes his time and gets every hair on your head. I've been going to Mike since I was 12 and I can't see myself going to anyone else. Guy is the legit Tom Brady of haircuts and he also hires highly skilled barbers.

Went to get my haircut today from Mike based on a recommendation. I could not be happier. You can tell as soon as you walk in that Mike knows what he is doing. The place is clean and they have a large waiting room to hang out. He gets pretty busy, so it's a good idea to call ahead of time to make an appointment. Mike was really friendly and personable, and he definitely knows what he is doing with hair. I had my hair and beard done, which at $27, is super reasonable given the time and care he provides. I came out looking much better than when I walked in (my wife agrees). Anyway, I attached a before and after pic. But even if you're not follically challenged like me, do yourself a favor get down there for your next cut. Highly recommended.
