Nate is absolutely amazing - hands down the best barber I’ve ever had. He truly cares about his clients and takes his craft seriously every single time. You can tell he’s an expert at what he does, and he always makes sure you leave looking and feeling your best. Couldn’t recommend him more! The BEST experience and haircut in Boston, by far.

Sims is a GREAT place for a haircut! Mariah is super attentive and helpful with figuring out the best haircut for you. I moved out of the area and will keep going back. Don’t forget to ask for the shoulder massage theraguns at the end! :)

Mariah has been cutting my hair for years and she always does a great job. 10/10 would recommend if you wear your hair a little longer. The shop is super clean and staff is so friendly.

Love Sims, Mariah is the best. Not only did she help me pick out what style would work best with my hair she executed it to perfection. On top of that she keeps notes of each of her cuts so when you come back she will be able to pick up right where you left off. Shes very detailed oriented and able to work with you if theres a time crunch or anything out of the ordinary. Doubt I will be going to any barber besides Mariah for the foreseeable future A+++

Mariah is AWESOME. stumbled upon this spot when out exploring on my scooter and now it’s in my regular rotation. Very accommodating on schedules, but Tuesdays are the best. Thera gun treatment at the end of the haircut is to die for!

Dani did a really poor job. I looked kinda ridiculous after my haircut (not blended at all, didn’t listen to what I asked for, and uneven everywhere) and I legitimately had to go to a Sports Clips and pay for another haircut to fix it, which is just downright frustrating. Honestly this might’ve been the worst haircut I’ve received in my life, and it is so surprising given how positive the other reviews are and how expensive this place is. If you go hear, pray you don’t get stuck with Dani

Best haircut ever. Shin was amazing. I’ve never had a more meticulous barber cut my hair. I’m used to the franchise hair salons and just ok to not ok results. I decided to try a real barbershop and I’m glad I found Sim’s. I will definitely be back.

When it comes to getting your hair colored with Fun Colors!! I highly recommend Mariah at Sims Barber Shop in South Boston. She is absolutely Phenomenal at what does when it comes to mixing Fun colors. I just had my hair colored Sky Blue with Neon Green!! Which glows under True Blacklight. I can’t express this enough!! But when you want something Fun, Colorful, and Awesome done. I highly suggest going too her!

If you are in the Boston area & need a cut of any kind, stop by and see the crew here. Nate the owner is top notch, but if he can’t get to you, his team is the best in the game! They are super nice and down to earth & they will get you cleaned up and back in the game!
