I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Jose Fernando Tavares. His customer service is excellent, and both the haircut and beard trim were done with great professionalism and attention to detail. The result was outstanding, leaving me looking sharp and well-groomed. I highly recommend his services.

Overall, the barber did a decent job of cutting the hair. But the barber did not understand english at all and it was super difficult to convey what type of cut you wanted. The cut could have easily gone wrong. And they only accept cash. If you know spanish, it could be easier.

They do a meticulous job when it comes to a haircut. Excellent staff, talented and friendly. It helps to speak Spanish here, but if you don't, it's a good opportunity to practice what you once might have learned in school, or use translation software on your phone to communicate what kind of haircut you want. The staff will certainly appreciate it, and it will make for a friendly experience for you. I consistently get the best haircuts here.

dariel is great. Very detailed and my cuts are always flawless. I've sent my friends to the shop and they feel the same way about whoever they get.

I usually see Fernando to get my haircut and he is very friendly and professional. Miguel has also cut my hair in the past, again talented friendly and professional. The rest of the guys and environment are always saying hello smiling and all around great vibes. I highly recommend!

Fair price but I didn't get exactly what I wanted. I wanted a refresh of a low fade on the sides for my curly mohawk type hair style and asked for a lineup and my eyebrows cleaned up. I showed a picture of the cut I wanted and regret not specifically telling him I wanted a low fade. He gave me a high fade where one side was higher than the other. By the time I noticed that, he had already taken the cape off and I figured whatever, I'll let it grow out since the fade was so high and closer to the skin anyway. Not an awful cut but just wasn't what I wanted. I also asked for some lines in the back and he gave me one extra than the picture which was in a way a bonus I suppose. I'd suggest him to ask more questions and not rush the cut as much in the future. Other barbers I've gone to really take the time to make sure things are even and ask to see the picture multiple times or even take a pic of it to reference later. He also cut me a bit by my ear and I felt it and noticed the dried blood when I got home. Eyebrow shaping was a bit uncomfortable with his thumb pushing into my eye and him bringing the razor down on my eyelid. One of my eyelids is irritated a little now. But the rest of my skin isn't irritated like the last barber I went to at a different shop. Wish they'd comb out your eyebrows so that the eyebrow is truly shaped. I didn't get his name but had booked to see anyone on booksy since I'm new to the area. Overall they charged a fair price for a fade, eyebrows, and design: $30. The cut was quick which wasn't a positive but it's an okay cut. The shop seemed clean and he sanitized his tools. I would have liked to see more barbers with their masks on. Searching for a shop in Boston where covid is taken a bit more seriously and the fades are reliable. This may not be the place but it was close by and didn't cost me $50 so I can't complain too much. The first two pics are my cut from this shop today. The third is the cut I asked for and the fourth is the original cut I got at Cut N' Edge a month ago - closer to what I wanted
