Not the place to get a haircut if you have 4c hair and looking for a fade. Nice and respectful staff. Just not skilled for certain hair types. Was also surprised by the cost

My barber is Roy O. I’m a Cali guy that gets my haircut every 2 weeks. I’ve been to many barbers throughout my life, many that even charge more money. Roy is, by far, the best barber I’ve ever had. Technically he understands hair, head shape, and also the professional look that I’m going for. He invests the time and effort to make sure every detail is perfect. I leave his chair every 2 weeks with the ability to accomplish anything in this world. Nothing is off limits. No dream is too big to imagine. The man is an artist.

I am new to the area, and this shop carries such an authentic barbershop vibe! I booked appointment with Eddie and as I was earlier than my time, he started working on my hair earlier. My hair was a goner when I arrived at shop, and literally Eddie Revived my look. All the barbers in the shop looked decent. If you are new and nervous about new barbershop, this place will help you a great deal.

My 30-minute haircut was rushed in 10 minutes. My hair looks rough and misshapen due to the lack of care Ryan put in. Atmosphere is crude and unwelcoming. Staff treat me poorly and have the most inappropriate conversations among themselves.

Called to check availability and was immediately met with a rude, short, and unhelpful response. The person who answered the phone had a snarky tone and zero interest in answering basic questions. I really miss the days when barbers took pride in customer service—when you felt welcomed, not brushed off. This whole “go to the website” routine feels like a way to overcharge for a mediocre, assembly-line haircut while pretending it’s a luxury experience. I’m not interested in being treated like just another head on a conveyor belt. I hung up and made an appointment elsewhere—somewhere that still values actual service and a personal touch. Disappointing.

sorry Cam. any first time clients are required to make their appointment on our website as we explained over the phone. we've been this way since 2020.

Have had great experiences with William in the past but had a pretty brutal one with Ryan earlier today. All-in, $70 haircut lasted <5 minutes and before I realized what was happening was out of the chair and had the card scanner in front of me. Going to get cleaned up elsewhere.

Eddie saved a bad haircut that another barber gave recently. The former is receptive to the customer’s wants and offers his own insight. While we didn’t talk much for the first time, the atmosphere is still friendly- the barbers here love to bond with their clients. The haircuts are not only well done, but also relatively cheap for Boston.

I've been getting my haircut here since moving this past summer. Noah B is an excellent barber and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a haircut. He is attentive to detail and you can tell he really takes his time to give you a final result youoo be satisfied with. Not to mention he's a very nice and friendly person so engage in conversation with! If you need a haircut in the Boston area make sure to swing by Noah's chair!

When it comes to a haircut I only want the best of the best cutting my hair. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in the past, and I did a lot of research before I stumbled upon this shop. This shop has a lot of talent but out of all the barbers Roy stood out to me. I booked an appointment and tried my luck with him. Two years later I’m still consistently getting my haircuts by him. He is very attentive and profesional and he always keeps me looking great. I’m always getting compliments on my haircuts and I feel really confident leaving the shop. I highlight recommend him!

I don’t know where all of these bad reviews about Roy are coming from but I have been going to Roy since the beginning of the year and he has never done me wrong, he has always done exactly what I asked for. Roy is a great barber and a great guy also, I’ve gotten to develop a personal relationship with Roy just by going there and getting a cut. Overall a great barber, a great guy, in an amazing shop. Would recommended to anyone!
