From the moment I reached out months in advance, to scheduling a group of 7, then to finally getting our tattoos, was a great experience. All questions answered, friendly staff, awesome artists, free coffee and basically the entire experience, was very easy, professional and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for years, best in the biz. Never gotten a bad cut here. Today I got my first cut from Karol and it’s the best yet! She took her time and put effort in, it didn’t feel rushed. Can’t go wrong here. Cash only. This place is a Boston institution

The shop has a neighborhood feel with high end work. From being made comfortable and taken care of by the receptionist to the amazing work of Mike C, the experience is amazing. Every time I leave I feel like a new man!

Had a fantastic tattoo done by Jason while in town visiting. .He spent time making sure that the tattoo was exactly what i wanted . Everything from start to finish was outstanding..i have had multiple tattoos done at Miami Ink and this tattoo is the best one ever . THANKS JASON : YOU ARE THE BEST

Visiting Boston on vacation and this place looked really cool. Thought it would be nice for my husband to get a beard trim. We didn’t have an appointment but they were kind enough to work him in. They told us that Charlotte would take him but she was at lunch so we waited just a bit. Enjoyed a free beer. It was a quick trim with a straight razor and clippers (for $20 plus tip) So we headed out and I took a look at him in the natural light. The left side of his face looked perfect but the right side was really uneven. A totally different angle and a whole line of hair was left untrimmed. No biggie he said, I can just shape it up later. But then I looked at his neck and noticed it was bleeding pretty bad. He hates to complain but we didn’t have a napkin or sanitizer so I sent him back in and another barber sanitized it and helped stop the bleeding. Probably not the best experience overall but we did like the vibe of the shop and everyone was friendly.

Everyone is welcoming and the shop is very clean which is a HUGE thing you should look for when getting tattoos. I’ve gotten multiple pieces from Olivia Fox and will look no further when I need to place my trust in an artist. Olivia is super sweet and an absolutely incredible artist. Currently working on a leg sleeve project with her. I highly recommend this shop.

BBTC is hands down the best shop in New England! Couldn't convince me otherwise. Every artist in this shop has pure unraw talent! Just wish I had found them earlier in my life. Will never let another shop touch my skin again! They are a true gift to the people! Thank you for everything you do!

Amazing professional tattoo shop! I worked with Cat who is a crazy talented tattoo artist that took my concept design and made it into a beautiful piece that I am proud to wear. Oh by the way, she did all of this with me over email since I was out of the state for the time leading up to it. Just trust her and her design work because she will really make your ideas come to life in the most incredible way. Highly recommend
