Used to go to them all the time when Evan was there (best barber they had by a mile)....was in a pinch and booked an appointment. Got delayed by a doctors visit and called them to see when I could come in. Terrible attitude and customer service, wouldn't offer any alternative option and hung up on me. Go elsewhere.

Came for a walk-in haircut and had a fantastic experience! Jerry really knows his stuff. The shop is busy, and rightfully so, but they were able to squeeze me in. Great value for an excellent haircut!

My favorite place for a cut. I don’t even care who I get because they are all so talented. The conversation is always entertaining as well. Gina is very italian and occasionally, upon my request; brings a crockpot of her homemade meatballs for the waiting room. God are they delicious. If you are looking for a true barbershop experience don’t go anywhere else. This is your place. If I could leave ten stars I would.

We are from Chicago and came to Boston for our honeymoon. My husband didn't have time to get a haircut back home so we looked up Boston barber co and saw it had great reviews. My husband loved his haircut and they did such a great job. You can definitely tell he felt so much more confident afterwards. Jerry was also really great and as a wife I'm glad we didn't spend hrs at a salonlol

Old-school barber who actually listens. My fade is crisp every time. Uses proper clippers instead of cheap shears. $5 beer while you wait is a nice touch. Walk-ins welcome but worth booking.

Great barber shop in a convenient location right in the city. I recommend Tyler, been a regular customer of his for 2 years. 10/10 cut every time!! Beard trims are great as well! If you’re thinking of getting a cut here ask for Tyler, you won’t regret giving him your business

I’d highly recommend Tyler in the back right corner. I have been going to him for 2 years now and he’s the first barber I’ve ever had that hasn’t messed up my cut before. Always walk out of there with the cut exactly the way I want it, even if it’s different from last time.

I'm not one to complain but in a job where you have to listen to the customer, one specific barber gets the gold star on not listening to the customer needs... Tyler I believe is his name, works in the far right corner once you enter the shop. I asked for a beard trim and line up and he completely ignores what I'm at the shop for and cuts my hair. Once he starts to cut my hair I tell him only to do a fade. He proceeds to cut the top part of the head.... disaster. He does the haircut, proceeds to take off the cape and says "you're all done".. I turn to him and say "you didn't even touch the beard. That's why I came to the shop." He proceeds to put on the barber cape as if he was bothered I was there. Barely touched the beard or did anything to it. Sat in the chair for mayne 1 hour, no conversation at all from the barber. Terrible customer service from this one barber. Piss poor attitude. Worst part is they say cash only after you get a cut. That should be mentioned before you start the job. Overall, unpleasant experience. Wouldn't go back to him at all maybe even the shop as a whole.

Would highly recommend checking out Boston Barber Co! All around great barber shop that never disappoints. I have been going to Troy for a while now and he is always happy to work with you to make sure you’re looking your best. Not a lot of barbers will work with you over multiple haircuts to get to your preferred style, but Troy looks forward to it and makes sure that all of the haircuts along the way look great too. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and look forward to continuing on as a loyal customer. If you’re looking for a new barbershop in Boston, this is the spot!

Everyone walking out of here has the cleanest and freshest haircuts around! This barbershop provides excellent, friendly, and top-notch haircuts and service. I made the mistake of going to Super Cuts in the same neighborhood, and they did a horrible job! Thankfully, I walked in here, and Jerry did an amazing job fixing my hair, and provided on the spot help even though I should have had an appointment. I can't thank him enough for the kindness, friendly, and awesome service! I will definitely be booking an appointment here for my next haircut soon! And for those of you reading this review, definitely make an appointment here and give this great babershop a try - you will not be disappointed! Keep up the good work, and thanks for the awesome haircut!
