Justin Simas is top-tier. He has worked with me on which style would suit me best rather than just going with the usual fade everyone has. He’s professional, great to talk to, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling. Best cut in Boston!

Micheala is the BEST. I have very difficult curls that barbers always struggle to cut -- but she consistently blows it out of the water. She is also a wonderful conversationalist, very empathetic to any concerns or desires, and full of any advice you may be seeking about haircare! I'll never get my hair cut anywhere else in Boston.

Joey has been my barber for years, and I genuinely won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been living in Boston for 20 years and have tried a handful of barbers over that time, but Joey at Deluxe is truly above the rest. Even though my haircut isn’t anything complicated, he treats it like it matters every time. He takes his time, pays close attention to the details, and makes sure everything is clean and consistent every single visit. On top of being really skilled, Joey’s just a great person to sit with. He’s personable, easy to talk to, and always has solid style recommendations when I ask questions about switching things up. Bonus: he somehow always knows the best places to eat, so I leave looking better and with a new spot to try. Just an all-around good guy and a highly skilled barber. Highly recommend.

I’ve had Justin cut my hair at Barbershop Deluxe for 2 years and am very pleased with the results! Scheduling online is easy, the shop has a great vibe, and most importantly the cut is detailed, precise, and exactly what I ask for. Justin’s a great dude and he makes the process of sitting in the chair fun and painless. Highly recommended!

Justin Simas is hands down the best barber I’ve had. Super consistent, great attention to detail, and always takes the time to get it exactly right. The cut grows out perfectly every time. Professional, super chill, easy to talk to, and very consistent. He genuinely cares about his craft —highly recommend. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I can’t recommend Jill enough. I’ve been going to her for just over a year and have felt so much more confident with my hairstyle and genuinely enjoy our conversations. Even if I moved from my current neighborhood I would travel in to see her.

I just moved to Boston, and booked an appointment with Michaela. I've had the same person cutting my hair for years, so I was a bit nervous, but she absolutely killed it! I'd recommend her to anyone!

I've been going to this shop for years and when my old barber left, I started going to Jill Martin. Jill crushes it every time. I always leave with a great cut. The shop itself is cool. Chill music, good vibes. Definitely recommend!

Long time customer, first time reviewer. Been coming to see Jill for almost 2 years now, and it truly feels like Jill's chair has become a home away from home here in the city. Not only is Jill AMAZING at what she does, she brings a welcoming, calming energy to each appointment, and truly removes any stress from the experience. With a massive client list, she’ll remember my cut and needs effortlessly, including offering a suggestion when she knows i’m thinking of trying something new out. I was a walk in and only had to wait briefly, despite the shop being completely booked. The staff was very friendly and Albert did a great job with my cut. He was friendly, professional, and carried a great conversation. This shop had a great vibe and the employees clearly care about your experience. Highly recommend stopping in for a cut if needed.
