Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. 2 employees in the store doing nothing (one was cutting his own hair). Every chair was empty. My son and I were running late for our appt (about 20 mins). We walked in and the guy immediately confronted us and said we’re too late and that we’ve been charged. Plenty of barbers in the area…. Certainly not ever going back here and nor should anyone else!!

Fejal does an amazing job! I had someone stop me on my way into a Dunkin and he asked me where I got my hair cut because it looked so good. Fejal is most definitely my permanent barber moving forward!

Been going to cut and blend off and on since 2014 and always had a great experience. Most recently I’ve been going to Anthony Payne here, and it’s been better then ever. A true professional with excellent insight, and also just a good dude. If you’re looking for a clean fade/ cut this is your guy.

Went for basic kids haircut for 7 y.o and almost 3 y.o. Barber did a very nice job with a very wiggly and scared toddler. Nice haircut and reasonable price. The only thing I did not realize nor did it say during the booking process that it is CASH ONLY.

My son is 4, he doesn't particularly like getting a hair cut, but the barbers at Cut & Blend always make him feel "so cool" and he loves going there. Most of the time I walk in, not sure if they can take him, but they ALWAYS accommodate us. Great staff and exceptional skills.

Jordan was awesome and so great with my 3y.o. highly recommend Jordan. Kid's haircuts are$25, plus tip. I think it's cash only but you might be able to pay with a card online before the appointment? UPDATE: jordan is no longer employed here :(

I used to go to this place until my last experience. I was getting married and was prepared to get a haircut from here since they're pretty good at what they do. My cousins were all going there and one of them were actually there when I had to call and cancel my appointment. I had to cancel since I ended up having to pick my parents up from the airport sooner than later. The haircut appointment was the last thing on my mind and when I cancelled they said it was too late. I originally talked to Shorty and he had no remorse and said he's keeping my 40 bucks and hung up. I later got a call from Pat and he seemed like he cared a little and said he'll try to do something for me but nothing ended up happening. I was very stressed with all the wedding stuff and this just made things worse. I was really surprised by the lack of compassion or the flexibility of working with a customer who has gone there frequently in the past.

Hi Jason, our policy clearly states that if you don’t cancel within two hours, your card would be charged. We understand you had family obligations but our time is as important as yours. Our system automatically charges when you don’t show up. Please read the terms so you understand that it’s not personal.

Pat and Luis did a great job on my sons' haircuts. Pat hasn't seen my son in six months but remembered how he likes it cut. Luis did a fabulous job on my other son, pictured here. The guys are friendly and professional and at the top of their game. The shop has Covid protocol in place and everything was done in a safe manner. Definitely worth it to make an appointment. Thanks guys!
