By far the best experience I have had getting a haircut. The atmosphere was exactly what I expected out of a barber shop, friendly, relatable, relaxed environment. Love the fact that they open at 6am, I absolutely hate waiting till 10am on a Saturday to get a haircut. The other thing I loved about this place is while I was getting my hair cut every barber that came in to start there day greeted me and my son with a good morning and a fist bump and proceeded to greet every customer in the shop. Now on to the hair cut itself. By far the best haircut I’ve gotten in a long time. I got a skin fade and a beard trim. My beard has never looked this good. Huge shout out to Tae Jackson. We are definitely going to call this place home and can’t wait to go back and get another cut.

Chatt was very great. He was able to accept my last minute appointment. He is fast but detailed. Very friendly, clean, and a perfect environment to bring your kids. I would highly recommend stopping by at least once to check it out. Chatt The Barber did this haircut for me.

Tae did an amazing job — he was professional, friendly, and really took his time to make sure the cut looked sharp and clean. My son walked out feeling confident and happy with his new look. You can tell Tae cares about his work and pays attention to detail. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Tay and the team at Officially Chopped

In my opinion, Mikaela is hands down one of the best hairstylists in Kansas City. From the moment she started working on my hair, I felt completely comfortable and confident in her skills. The final result was exactly what I wanted, and I genuinely felt great after my haircut. She is extremely professional, warm, kind, and truly cares about her clients. Mikaela listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that with great attention to detail. I was very satisfied with the experience and the result, and I will absolutely be coming back. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy hairstylist.

Fanatic experience and very processional work. I like that she listened and allows me to participate in what it is I was thinking. Very clean work. I got soft locs and I am in love. Great price as well. Definitely will be returning. My stylist was Essence. The entire shop and staff are a vibe and are very friendly. I feel like I need to come back just to hang out lol- p.s. I took a shot with purchasing the oil Essence makes and I def had to grab another bottle.

Best barbershop in the area! I take my daughter here to get her hair braided. Ye is so sweet and takes the best care of my daughter. I would AND HAVE recommended this shop to friends and family. All of the barbers come in and greet everyone when they arrive. This shop feels like a family. ❤️
