Terrible service, lack of communication with customers. I had an appointment at 4:30 for a perm, I arrived on time, and the stylist told me to wait 15 minutes and then she would see me. Then I realized that 40 minutes had already passed and she had already seen several other people. I waited, and two hours went by without anyone seeing me. Then the woman approached me and told me to call the manager to see who would do my perm because she wouldn't have time since she had more clients. She just left me sitting there, without me knowing what to do. I had to call the owner myself to find out what was going to happen, and her only solution was for me to go to another barbershop they have in Missouri. Out of respect for the customer, they should communicate better and not make people wait so long for nothing.
