I had a bery bad experience with barber Scotty two Sundays ago. My young son came for a haircut and Scotty was very rude and didn’t want to cut my son’s hair because it was allegedly dirty even though he had just showered . He was very rude to me and I am a lady not good for business even though I had already paid. Terrible customer service form Scotty the barber

I strongly advise anyone considering this barber to go somewhere else. I contacted this shop as a **new** customer to book a “haircut w/ beard” that is clearly listed online for $40, and even received an automatic confirmation email from their own booking system showing $40 for the service and time slot I booked. I was abruptly told “Haircut and beard $50 cash only”. When I pointed out that their own website and booking confirmation show $40, instead having a respectful conversation, I was told “Others guys here charge $40 book with them.” I calmly replied that $50 wasn’t the issue, but that they should update their online price so customers aren’t misled or them even having to send a message saying it’s $50. The response I got back was “Book w someone else bro” followed by “If u know how to read.” All that for calling his attention to the price online. That is an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful way to speak to anyone, let alone a first‑time customer just asking about a price discrepancy that comes directly from their own site. Shortly after, my appointment was cancelled by him without any attempt to resolve the situation. This business clearly does not care about basic customer service, or treating people with respect. If you value your time, your money, and being spoken to like a human being, I would highly recommend taking your business to another barber who knows how to communicate with customers.
