The guy that cut my hair was great,probably the best hair cut I've ever had. But I suggest you book your own time..I work 5 jobs so there's no telling when I get time ro go..I try to do a walk in and they usually get to me..but this last time they didn't..got me walking around looking like a possum by the head..but when you do get in. They wont disappoint..

All the barbers in this shop are great. I just got my first haircut with Mando today. This guy is a true professional! He really takes his time and gets your hair done the right way! Amazing , clean and reasonable .

Highly recommend Custom Fades! Adham is a top notch barber who provides a quality cut for a good price. Excellent service and efficient as well. Also worked with Mel who was friendly and gave me a great haircut!

We brought my son here for a trim and told them he likes the surfer type hairstyle. The guy had zero clue how to trim his hair and had to ask another stylist there several times for advice. He pushed a mullet several times and even though we said no multiple times, he still cut the back of his hair into a mullet. Everything was cut straight across and nothing was blended and he butchered my kid’s long hair. We had to go to another salon to have it fixed because it wasn’t even something we could just let grow out.

Adam is the best barber in the entire St Louis Metro area. Everytime I leave his shop I know I will have the best fade/haircut in the area. I get compliments and individuals asking me all the time who cut your hair and I tell them each time Adam at Custom Fades in Swansea Illinois. I even had friends, family, & friends and random strangers say Adam gave me the perfect haircut and lining they ever seen. Just don’t take my word have a look for yourself by giving Adam a visit at Custom Fades in Swansea Illinois. ~Eric

Took my teenager here 3 weeks ago and got a decent haircut with no issues. Called to make and appointment today and was told, “I don’t cut women’s hair”. When I explained that my kid might be a female, she has a fade AND he’s cut her hair before. He continued to just repeat “I don’t cut women’s hair”. We understood his true meaning and we won’t be back.

My step son is hard to please and the barber worked pretty hard to get him the look he asked for. . This shop is very neat and tidy. The customer service is top notch. I hope he stays a long time. I didn’t ask If ai could post his photo, but the perfectly aligned items on the shelf are a good look into the shop.
