Booked first appointment with Sarah C.. after arriving I sat for 30 minutes with no explanation. Hard to recommend after that.

It was a nice vibe walking into the shop. Everyone seemed very nice. Kelsey cut my hair today and exceeded my expectations. Recommend 10/10

Bad business.i booked the appointment for a job interview and special occasion coming up. I wanted to look nice. So I booked a detailed beard trim at 4 pm. Two and a half hours later they say they can’t do the detailed because the barber is booked up for the night. At that point there is only a couple places I can get it done. And the place I HAD to go to ended up messing up my beard. Was my go to. Now I’m not so sure anymore. Very disappointed

Everyone is very helpful and friendly from staff to front desk. They take their time and I always have a good experience. I recently came in with no idea what I wanted since my hair was fried. Seph made recommendations and gave me a great haircut/ answered all my questions. 10/10 service👍

I had my son and daughter go in at the same time for haircuts. They are 12 and 16. What an amazing experience they had at the Floyds in Schaumburg. Definitely gonna be taking them back. I was very jealous of my 16-year-olds haircut as she got a scout massage and a hot towel. Treatment included with her haircut. I’m so glad that they sat down and listened to what my 12 year-old son was looking for. thank you team Schaumburg for making that a wonderful experience. I’ll actually be back for my own haircut lol

Literally worst haircut I’ve ever received. What I asked for vs what I got… you can’t make this stuff up, the entire right side is literally longer than the left, and that wasn’t by intention. I explained that I wanted an inverted bob, shorter in the back and longer toward the front with some layers throughout because I have 2b to 2c curls. The only requirement for the length in the back was that it be long enough to put up and the front be at a dramatic angle like in the photo. I should have listened to my gut and gotten out of the chair as soon as the stylist STARTED TO ARGUE WITH ME saying that what I wanted wasn’t possible. I’ve literally had a haircut just like the model in the photo besides her hair being styled and our curl patterns being different… To make matters worse, I waited for my hair to grow out for a donation to Wigs for Kids (as I’ve done in the past) and now this is the haircut I have to walk around in until it grows out. The cherry on top of all of this is that I was charged for this awful cut whereas in the past I’ve never been charged by Floyd’s for a hair donation cut. $60 to look like a Karen. I’m not a crier - but this experience had me bawling on the way home. I can’t even fix this without going shorter or waiting for it to grow back. The photos of my hair are immediately after getting home from Floyd’s. If you’re thinking of getting a cut at this Floyd’s location, please beware. I should have just waited for an appointment with their headliner and booked with a stylist that wasn’t going to argue with me about my requests and make me feel dumb.

I recently visited Floyd's 99 Barbershop with my two boys, and we all had a great experience! The barbers were friendly and skilled, and they did a great job on our haircuts. I especially appreciated that the barbers took the time to listen to what we wanted and to give us suggestions. They also made sure that we were happy with our haircuts before we left. The barbershop itself was clean and well-maintained, and there was a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, we had a great experience at Floyd's 99 Barbershop. The barber, Maddie, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and he gave me a great suggestion for a style that would work for my hair type. She was also very skilled, and he gave me a very even and precise haircut. :: My boys were also happy with their haircuts. They both got fade haircuts, and the barbers did a great job of blending the different lengths of hair. Overall, I had a great experience at Floyd's 99 Barbershop. The barbers were friendly and skilled, the barbershop was clean and well-maintained, and there was a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a great haircut.

I took my son here to get his haircut, and it was a great experience! Our stylist, Mandi, was great about making sure it was exactly what we wanted before taking any length off. I brought a picture, showed it to Mandi, and was exactly what we asked for! Super cute cut, fast service, and nice staff. All around great experience.

Easy to book online and fast service. The cut was comfortable and they did a great job cleaning up my next. It's not cheap, but a great experience overall
