Hi! We used to go here for years, but one time they cut my dog’s eye open. They refused to compensate for his EYE SURGERY (which he had to get so he doesn’t lose his vision). And on top of that, my mom was told the manager was “on vacation” or not on the premises FOUR TIMES when she tried to speak to them. My mom had to put this surgery on a payment plan for a whole year, because someone refused to take accountability. This was a while back, but my mom just told me about this while being at the vet. Stuff like this happens, we understood at the time that dogs are unpredictable. But in this kind of business, you have to be prepared for repercussions and not shy away from them. Keep in mind this is a 15 pound Shih Tzu, not a 60 pound Doberman. I know how he acts, but that doesn’t give someone the ability to omit responsibility when hurting them. Thank you.

They are nice people. But I'm sorry they did a terrible haircut on my dog. Sorry gonna find someone else.

Awesome job on the nail trim. Dog's nails look great and she is in great spirits. All around positive experience which is much appreciated after a bad experience with a nail being trimmed too short at a different groomer months prior. We will definitely be back for our next trimming and I highly recommend for a quick, quality nail trim.

Schedule for my dog to be fully groomed. Get there and they tell me they can only do his nails. At first I was ok with it. Then realized they told me to bring his shot records so he could be taken care of. But she didn't ask for his papers but I needed to bring them for next visit. I said I have them right here. She said she didn't need them now she only did his nails. So that's why I think I need to cancel. They have no clue what's going on.

The ladies at Poochie Barber are so sweet and kind! I usually take my pup for nail trimmings. They are friendly with my ol’ pup and patient with him as he gets a little shaky. Thank you to Shannon for the nail trim!

On short notice they let me bring my chihuahua in to get her nails cut. They made me feel welcomed when I walked in. It was clean and smelled good. I held my dog while the groomer cut her nails and talked nicely and sweetly to my dog. She did a great job and for $5 that was a great deal. Thank you very much.

We LOVE this place!!!! Our mini golden doodle gets so excited every time we go here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always listen to what you want done. The nail grinding is awesome because it helps round the nail out so it’s not as sharp as with a normal cut. He always looks amazing and smells great when we pick him up. I’m so sad we’re moving away I don’t know if we’ll ever find a groomer this awesome!
