I've been going here for months. Unfortunately you can no longer book from the website and no one answers or returns phone calls. I won't be back. Manny's nearby has much better service.

First time here, I received a very good hair cut, however it was cut much shorter on the sides than I requested. All in all my hair cut looks good.

We LOVE Rosa at the Northbrook barber shop! We have been coming here for a few months and I’ve been happy every time. She’s so patient with my kids and their haircuts are amazing! Not to mention the snacks! Thanks for being amazing Northbrook barber shop!

A back fade turned into a very uneven all over short haircut. I didn't ask for this. My hair was cut so short in the front I cried all night. You were told not to cut short by the woman that works there. I'm devastated. It looks like a total heck job.

Our family has been coming here to see Rosa for over two years. My husband and three boys (9, 13 & 15) love her. Not only is she a talented hair stylist she’s super friendly and always makes my boys look and feel their best. Bonus the shop is super comfy for guests who are waiting their turn or waiting for their kids service to finish. You can charge your phone, grab a coffee and a little snack. Best customer service ever.

Easily the best barber shop in the area. Rosa cuts the kids hair and we are so happy we found her and the Northbrook Barber Shop. The place has come a long way since I was here probably 20 years ago when I had hair! The interior is very nice and comfortable. They have drinks, snacks, tvs etc just a perfect set up for a haircut. While we only use Rosa for the boys she does a killer job and they always love their haircut. We will continue to come here for as long as we can.
