I went in to the barber shop on my break from work. The barber was fantastic at cutting hair. He ask what parts of my hair to cut. The barber also showed me how the haircut looked while he was cutting my hair. I would recommend this barber shop for your haircut.

Went into the shop, and the barber was too occupied trying to put in bets and on the phone to give a decent cut. Fade was horrible and I’m not the type to leave a review even if I didn’t have the best experience. But I feel this area tries to take advantage of people in uniform with subpar services.

I didn't catch his name but the gentleman who cut my hair today damn near saved my life. Got me in as a walk-in and did one hell of a job. Im Navy and showed up this weekend with a jacked up haircut and mustache. Thank you again! I'll be coming back next time I'm here for Navy duties.

Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever got in my entire life. Man left me looking goofy. Asked bro to trim the top, he shaved it… and didn’t even shave it all evenly. Didn’t know you could push someone’s hairline to the side till I looked in the mirror I got handed. Also must not know what a taper fade is cause there is no fade in the back at all. Felt like dude was lost while he was cutting me. If you don’t know how to cut all types of hair just say so before you go messing people up smh.

Needed a cut and I didn't want to get it at the Nex cause I've finally gotten my hair to where I've wanted it to be (undercut style, long on top, fade on the sides). I came to clean up my sides which is what I asked for. During the cut I saw that a chunk of the longer hair was cut. I didn't think of saying anything since I was hoping that it was to make the part where the fade ends and long hair starts more straight (wishful thinking). When it was done I got the mirror and it looked fine. Went back to the hotel to shower, and after looking in the mirror, easily noticed where that chunk came from. Won't recommend this place. Now I have to grow that chunk out. Should've just waited the two weeks to go back home to my regular barber. Hindsight is 20/20 I guess.

Unless you have asked around and schedule an appointment with a reputable barber DO NOT go here. Walk in service is fine but the barbers that pick you up cannot cut at all. Went in twice as a walk in and both times I was tore up. First time i was left with an uneven cut and jagged hairline, second time I asked for a drop fade but ended with a Navy Bootcamp cut and a push backed hairline. There are barbers that can cut there most definitely, but dont waste your time if your walk-in, especially all my Navy people. Learn who can actually cut and request them.

Brought in my brother directly after his Navy bootcamp graduation. They were able to accommodate him despite it being a busy Friday. He was so happy with the haircut that he had received after having a horrible one for a couple of weeks in bootcamp. Thank you for getting my brother right, much love from New York.

Unprofessional and rude. We called ahead of time to ask about a hair cut we were told it was walk in and no appointment needed. We get here and they see us walk in nobody acknowledges us, we sit and wait our turn again no one acknowledges us, we see one guy finally finish and start putting on his sweater to leave we ask if hell cut our hair he says nah im leaving and walks out. We ask the barber next to him if he can, he says he has an appointment after ..fair ..he says ask the barber next to him the guy before we can even ask him starts getting mad about the other barber even suggesting he could take us. They are literally getting in somewhat of an argument instead of just telling hey men no sorry we cant fit you in. We finally ask him he says no . Honestly felt like a race thing or idk military thing, i was with a recent grad that needed a good cut not a choppy one and we had high hopes for this place. Trash.
