Looks like a few got scammed here based on reviews. The door says $10 “and up”. I got a normal haircut and the lady said $17. I recognize that lady, you may too, I think she used to work next door? I asked why the door said $10 and where did it say $17….she said “$10 and up” and “$10 is for seniors” I feel completely hustled. I feel very scammed and should have asked…but why ask if the door says $10. Feeling jipped, don’t come here just go next door.

Very unprofessional service. I came to get a haircut for my child and waited our turn, but they let another person go first just because they knew them. When I spoke up, they ignored me and didn’t even apologize. No respect for customers, especially when a child is involved.

I recently visited this barbershop. It is a scam and waste of time to visit this store. On the window it says 10 dollars. When you go inside you assume they will only charge you 10 which is the advertised price, but at the end of the haircut they charged me 15 dollars which is a 50 percent increase from what is said on the window. This is deceitful behavior and should be reported to the higher authoties like dept. Of consumer services. There is nothing wrong with charging 15 dollars, but then don't put a 10 dollar haircut sign on the window so people then can come inside and ask the price and decide if it is worth it or not.

I’ve been going there for maybe half a year now since it’s near my church, and even though we moved I’ve been going here twice a week. The sweetest & most humble barbershop you’ll ever go to 11/10 professionalism & haircuts thank you so much

Major Reasons not to go this place. 1. Owner (lady) is rude doesnot know how to talk to a customer. 2. Advertising hair cut as 10$ and it came to me as a surpise after being charged with 35$ for a basic hair cut with beard trimming. (cheaters for a reason) 3. Owner says she doesnot care about reviews. 4. And when asked why the pricing is 10 at the glass door and charges are different inside saloon Lame Excuse- it is for the seniors 5. Owner says that u should have check the book (hand written notepad which is inside the drawers) for the prices.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Misleading pricing at LUXURY BARBER SHOP! The sign on the door clearly says $10 for men’s haircut, but after the cut, the cashier said it’s $15. When I asked why, she said it’s $10 only if you shave your head, and admitted she matched the $10 sign just because the barber next door charges that. The shop next door is honest and actually charges $10 as advertised. This place is deceptive. Be careful — ask the price and pay first or you’ll end up paying $15–$16 no matter what. Not going back. This is second time.

I walked in and was waiting for my turn while a young teenager had gotten his haircut and was prepared to pay the $10 listed on the front glass when the front desk lady told him it would be $16 which he didn't have. She was extremely to rude to the young man the whole time and refused to give proper reasoning to why they were charging more than their advertised rate. I even offered to cover the $6 difference to end the issue and she refused to let me and continued to argue with him until finally saying she'll charge the $10 but telling the customer to never come back . I walked out as well as chose to go try another shop over supporting that kind of rudeness and deceptive pricing

I am not sure what luxury is all about this place. My regular haircut they have big sign saying $10. Once your haircut is done you go out front to pay. They tell you it is $15 and come up with stupid excuses what they did normally I do the same haircut next-door and it is $10. Also, as I walked in, nobody was approaching to ask me if I need a haircut there was a guy speaking his natural language did not even pay attention to me nor say someone will be right with you or anything very horrible experience if anyone is going into this place please think about it. I would rather go somewhere else or next-door that at least they are little decent.. Definitely don’t go into luxury barbershop as they call it horrible service and they overcharge you for what they say, and their window sign…

As soon as this barber shop opened I planned on taking my son there for his haircut. So glad I did, we’ve had the best service and great haircuts. The owner Vivian is sweet as can be and took such a liking to my son, and him as well. She even bought him a Christmas gift which I thought was very generous! We appreciate her so much since she is so kind. He loves talking to her while she cuts his hair, she’s very friendly and does amazing work. Doubt I’d ever take my son anywhere else since I found luxury barbershop. Thank you Vivian for being so sweet, my son and I will always be steady customers.
