If I could give them negative stars, I would. Took my son there for the 1st and last time. I don't remember the girls name that cut his hair. She had no interaction with him,so unprofessional She did a terrible job. Don't waste your money

The 3 words I’d use to describe this place is “Attention to detail”. I got a cut earlier in the day and was not happy with it. I called them and they were able to get me in the chair and clean me up! Shout out to Rob! The staff at Bottom Line are top notch and friendly. Do not sleep on this place! 10/10 - atmosphere and quality

Rob did a good job on my cut and line, but the cost for what I got was ridiculous!!! First my hair was already cut but I needed it faded down and lined up. Second, he has his prices posted for women hair cuts, Thrid, because my hair was already cut in a Mohawk, so I didn’t have a full head of hair to cut. So, I was not happy with charge, I still tipped him, and later my son said Inshoild not have tipped him but that wouldn’t feel right. I expect a man to be fair, especially if your posted prices say one thing, honor that, don’t take advantage of people. It all comes back. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

All barbers are independent barbers with their own price points. Haircuts start @ $40 for adults and can vary based on the type of haircut. Sometimes customers come in with their own idea of what they want to pay without understanding how things actually works. A haircut involves certain tools and a lining involves another type of tool. If you came in assuming that just because your hair was cut previously and expected to get a break then I’m sorry but we charge based on what we have to utilize to achieve certain services<br>

Gory gave my 5 year old a fo-hawk and a design that he asked for and my sons face lit 🔥 up. He was so excited about it. That’s everything to me! He also is patient, polite and genuinely likes what he’s doing! Be back in a week or so. Thx!

Wow! Such a welcoming business. I came in with no appointment and 3 boys. They were more then happy to take us even being busy. As each boy got there hair cut we waited out side in a sitting area with a table the stylist came out to ask me how I wanted the hair cuts and they even offered water. Night and day difference from the experience I had at another place today.

Bottom Line is a great small business to the community that not only has great employees. The owner Rob understands family values and that his barber shop is not only a place of service but also a safe place kids learn great values in life. Gory has been my barber for over 5 years and is like a bro to me. I provided true proof below to his creativity. My kid always gets praise on his cuts!

Worst customer service I've ever received and I didn't even get cut. I arrived the first time during posted business hours and was told that "they're closed" even with the doors open. The second time I showed up as a walk in and approached the barber with an empty chair. I asked how much for a basic lining and received 3 different prices. After telling me the prices I asked for service and was told an appointment was needed. I asked if I could wait and was told to "ask the other barbers" Everyone claimed to have appointments with only about 2 other customers in the building. I left very disappointed with no intentions of ever coming back.

Sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately we actually do work primarily by appointments and all barbers are independent contractors. Prices vary based on the services and barber’s availability. We live in a world where not every client will be happy. Your experience here was obviously not as you expected and for that all I can say is, we apologize. Thankfully we have more clients that feel the opposite and continue to patronize us. We all make mistakes but we strive to be better.<br><br>That’s The Bottom Line

Jon did an AMAZING job on my son's haircut. We recently moved to the area, I found the barbershop via Google and made a same day appointment. He moved quick but very detailed/thorough. We will be regular customers going forth.
