1st time trying this barbershop out. Came as a walk-in and was impressed was acknowledged right away front the barber in the 1st booth to the left. Then proceeded to ask two barbers that were sitting in their chairs. If they had time for just a bread line-up. One barber was too busy on his phone and brushed me away like wasn’t worth his time. That’s cool he must not like money lol he needs to change his mind set. To the one barber that did take me I want to take him! I didn’t catch his name I was in a rush and had to leave but he earned my business and will definitely be coming back.

Monk did a great job on my haircut and beard. He asked questions throughout the process to ensure the cut was to my liking which I really appreciated. He also took his time and did not rush the process.

Monk was amazing. I’ve been looking for someone that can cut curly hair and he did exactly that. He knew what he was doing and even gave advice about what would look good. He’s got the experience and the skills.

Hands down the best haircut and barber I've had. Monk is amazing at what he does and has the flare and customer service that makes you feel right at home. He is absolutely the best and love the environment of this place

A truly amazing experience that will have you feeling like a million dollars when you walk out. Monk once again has outdone himself and made sure to not only put his clients first by taking a late night cut but he made sure to take his time and truly perfect the haircut that was way beyond my expectations. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Hands down one of the best barbers I’ve been to. Monk is very professional, pays close attention to detail, and takes the time to make sure the cut is perfect. The shop has a great vibe, clean and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for consistency and quality.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I absolutely had to for this experience. I was lucky enough to find this barbershop after getting terrible cuts and fades over and over again at various places. Most places I’ve been to take about 30 min to cut and push you out the door. Not Ilyz! The shop is clean and all the barbers are friendly. I was also lucky enough to get an appointment with Monk who A++. His attention to detail when cutting is amazing. He asked me very detailed questions along the way and didn’t leave any stone unturned. He’s super friendly and you can tell that he’s very skilled at what he does. In the end, I ended up with a perfect cut and perfectly trimmed and sculpted beard! He’s also fun to talk to as well. Highly recommend you give these guys a try and ask for Monk! These guys are the real deal!

I recently visited Illyz Barbershop and had an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt at ease. Brandon, my barber, was not only skilled but also attentive to my preferences, ensuring I left completely satisfied with my haircut. This place is great for haircuts. The interior of this shop is very nice and visually appealing. When you reserve your spot for a haircut you are reserving a one hour time slot! And they will use the entire one hour time slot to meticulously cut your hair! I don't know why but as I sat there waiting while my son got his haircut I couldn't help but think Mike Tyson will be the next guy to walk through the door! This shop has Hollywood type feel and they make you feel special. The only little complaint could be the prices. The cost of a haircut is $35 bucks. However what's very important to point out is that they are cutting your hair for an hour while most places cut your hair in ten minutes. So if you want an excellent haircut and you are willing to pay the price this place is highly recommended. This place can definitely do cutting edge street style type haircuts!
