Carlie and Justine are great. Will never use anybody else - just depends on who is working. they use their best judgment to make my wavy and cowlick-filled hair look nice.

10/10 experience. I had Mariah (I believe) and asked for a high fade—she absolutely delivered. It’s hard to find places that are open on Sundays and provide this level of service. Highly recommend!

Nick at Floyd's 99 did an excellent job on my haircut. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered a clean, precise cut that suits my style perfectly. His attention to detail and friendly, professional demeanor made the experience enjoyable. I left completely satisfied and would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a great haircut.

Becca did an amazing job! She gave me a great haircut off of what might have been the worst explanation ever given to her by a client, but managed to turn it into something that looked awesome. Did it a timely manner, is a great conversationalist (even though she really just listened to me talk the entire time, but she did a great job of listening). You could tell even the client she had before me truly enjoys his time and experience with her and is clearly evident in the time I saw them interacting while I waited for my turn. Becca is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever met and Floyd’s Barbershop should be proud to employ her. And were it not for this review being too long already, I would have another paragraph to write about Amanda and how amazing she is in her interactions with customers. She should teach a mandatory seminar in customer service.

This place is a total joke. They constantly cancel confirmed appointments at the last minute — sometimes just minutes before my scheduled time. Every time it’s the same excuse: “Oh, we should have called you sooner.” Completely unprofessional and unreliable. They need to fire the employees who keep backing out of shifts and leaving customers hanging. I’m done with this place. Go to the new barber in the Commons instead — they actually show up and respect your time

This place is a joke. 1st time I had an appointment, they messaged me five minutes before to tell me that had to push me 20 minutes…fine things happen. Then when I went there, the staff at the front couldn’t stop whispering the entire time I’m the only client in there. Was it about me? Was it about stuff they needed to whisper about and shouldn’t have been overheard by customers? Who knows, but it was definitely unprofessional. Tonight I decided to give them another chance and have an appointment time for 4:30. While on the way there, I get a message that the stylist cutting my hair didn’t show, (why am I shocked) so they would have to push me two hours to 6:30. Frustrated because I NEED a haircut, I arrange to move things around to get my hair cut at 6:30. 30 minutes later while running errands I get a text that they decided to close the salon today at 6:00 and that they will reschedule me again. I got a text that I was then rescheduled for tomorrow at 10:00am…because you know, that’s probably what time works for someone when they originally scheduled one after work. If you’re like me, your time means a lot to you. They obviously don’t have the same thoughts. Treat yourself and save the frustration and the hassle by going somewhere else…

I’ve been twice and both experiences were great. I get a head buzz and a beard trim. My beard is large and can be tricky in spots. My first visit I was with a beard trimming specialist. She did great and it was very thorough. My second visit I was a walk-in. It was quicker and mostly just used buzzers and a comb. It got the job done though. Both visits did the warm lather shave on my neck and a massage which is part of what I love about this place.

This place really needs to train their stylists more. My son went in with long hair, trying to grow out the top. Wanted a low taper fade and a trim on top. She took the clippers all the way up beyond his temples and cut about 4/5 inches off the top. It wasn’t blended. Super choppy. My son was devastated. He was crying and wanted to go home. He didn’t want anyone to see him like that. How could you let him leave like that? Not sure if she was new. I believe her name was Megan. I found another barbershop with actual barbers to fix it. They couldn’t even believe how butchered it was. When I called to complain they acted like I was a bother to them and wasnt apologetic at all! They need to give his dad a refund. I know those other stylist watched him walk out like that and knew it wasn’t right either. Please take that stylist off the floor.

This is my first time the Floyd's 99 in the Geneva Commons. The stylist that did my hair cut did a great job. My hair just falls in the place. It's kind of amazing. I wish I can remember and my stylist's name, I have memory issues. But I would definitely recommend Floyd's 99 to my family and friends. I will attach some before and after pics.
