Wish I could give zero. Very unprofessional and rude. We made an appt same day within an hour I needed to cancel and refused to give me my money. Per my attorney this is actually illegal. So now there will be small claims court.

My son has been coming here since he has been 4 years old. Great service! Very gentle with him and always satisfied. Very clean and very nice people. I love it here and will continue to come here ! Such a nice welcoming vibe. Check them out 🫶🏼

If I could give Alex more than 5 stars, I would. I have been coming here monthly for over a year (except when they closed to COVID) and I have literally zero bad things that I can say. Alex is nice, funny, professional, and most importantly, gives the best haircuts I have ever gotten EVERY SINGLE TIME. And I am very picky about my haircuts since I have a few cowlicks. Go to Alex and as long as you can tell him what you want, you will not be disappointed.

Was my place for many years. They are constantly making improvements to the interior. There is ample free parking and the price is reasonable. Not sure how credit cards are now but it's been hit or miss in the past so bring cash. You should be tipping in cash anyway. Overall great place with talented barbers. They can be trusted to trim your locks.

Got a fresh cut from my new guy Jerry. He's really passionate about what he does and he is a really cool dude. He really took the time to understand what I wanted and he delivered but time. He's also a very humble and hard-working dude from what I saw, and I really liked that about him. I haven't looked this fresh in a long time. Definitely coming back to see him. I couldn't find a decent barber shop near Algonquin so I tried them out, and I'm very glad I did. One thing I didn't like was how loud the music was, but other than that it was a great place, with great people, and great experience.

Great cuts from real straight-razor pros! Had my SO and kiddo's hair cut there and both got fantastic service. They're great for modern and classic cuts, and provide men's facial hair care as well. Can book online for appointments or walk in, just be prepared to wait a bit if you walk in. Ambient chill vibe, clean shop. This is no $5 haircut, but with the passion and attention to detail, you get what you pay for!

My first time here was a great experience but since then there have been multiple times where I’ve booked an appointment online and then received a message on the day of that the barber won’t be there so it’s been cancelled. Recently I was able to schedule an appointment on Sunday (not knowing they were closed) and received no communication that they would not be open. Why am I allowed to schedule an appointment on days you’re closed?! I really thought I had found the place for my haircuts in Elgin but this sort of behavior is very unprofessional and wastes a lot of your customers time.

Really great place to get your hair cut. They take good care of you at competitive prices. Went there last week looking for a new barber. And now I'll be going there from now on. Highly recommended.

Glad I found this place. I've been here a handful of times and am always happy with the result. I really like my haircut and the price is right. Friendly barbers, plays good music and has good vibes. Cleans me up and trims my beard too. The wife says I look fresh so that's a plus for me.
