Im trying to figure out how a place with such "real" good reviews can give such an awful haircut on top of that give me the worst razor burn of my life. It required me to go to seek medical attention.

I’ve been visiting this place for more than a year now, and the experience has always been exceptional. Beata is an incredible hairstylist who truly pays attention to details. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want and delivers results that are polished and perfectly tailored every single time. The service you get here is highly premium—from the care she puts into each cut to the overall atmosphere of the establishment, which is clean, welcoming, and professionally run. I've been a client at The Gents Place in Deer Park for the last two years. For almost a year now, I have exclusively had Beata K cutting my hair. She does an absolutely amazing job. She's warm and welcoming, always a friendly face. Excellent conversation, but most important, she does her job in a highly professional and highly competent manner. I recommend her for anyone looking for someone to cut their hair and have a great experience.

I’ve been using Gents place and specifically Caitlin F since I moved to Kildeer. She is always attentive and honestly a real friend now. That’s what a barber shop should be right? Bar is stocked and they do a great job shining shoes as well. Lounge is amazing and everyone who works there is friendly. On the end, it’s the experience and the barber who I have for life !

Ive been coming to The Gent’s Place for a little over a year now with Beata as my stylist. She is an absolute delight! Each and every time she welcomes me with her big, beautiful smile and upbeat attitude. Without a doubt, consistently the best haircut I have received from anyone else prior to coming here. Between her excellence and the warmth of the rest of the staff here, I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else for a cut. Check The Gent’s Place out, ask for Beata and you won’t be disappointed :)

I truly enjoy everything about being a client at The Gents Place in Deer Park. Beata K. provides exceptional haircuts and facials. I highly recommend a 5 course appointment with Beata. She is super talented at her job and matches her talent with a warm and friendly personality. The appointment booking process and confirmations are easy. I have either booked my next appointment while I am there or used the concierge service, which is very convenient. Andrew has a great personality at the front desk and bar…yes, there is a bar in the barbershop and you can get complimentary soft drinks or alcohol with your service. If you haven’t tried The Gents Place at Deer Park, give it a shot and book with Beata. You won’t be disappointed.

Beata K is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a while now and she always gets my hair exactly right. She really listens to what you want and offers great suggestions when you’re not sure. Since new ownership has taken over this place has been great. I’ve been going to Beata now for the past couple of years, and I actually rejoined as a member after getting my hair cut by her a few times. I’m very particular about my haircut, and she nails it every single time. She really understands men’s hair, listens carefully to what you want, and consistently delivers exactly that. Her skill, attention to detail, and the time she dedicates to each cut truly set her apart. I highly recommend booking with her.

I just had the best haircut I’ve had in years, and I have to give all the credit to Beata K! From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to really listen to what I wanted (and what I definitely didn’t want). She asked smart questions, looked at my hair texture, face shape, and even my day-to-day routine to make sure the cut would actually work for me in real life. No cookie-cutter “salon shape” here — she customized everything. The actual cutting was pure magic. Beata’s precision is insane; she works with such confidence and you can tell she’s been doing this at a high level for a long time. She textured it perfectly so it falls effortlessly, gave me soft layers that frame my face without looking choppy, and the ends feel healthier than before I walked in. I left with that “light and swingy” feeling you only get from a truly great cut. Bonus points: the scalp massage during the wash was heavenly, the salon vibe was relaxed but professional, and Beata is genuinely warm and fun to talk to — zero awkward small talk
