Very inconsistent when cutting hair. Sometimes I have to fix my hair when I get home. Gonna try another place.

Will update with photos when I get home. I have 4c hair, I made a late appointment came in and left with a nice mid taper. They do all sorts of hair, and it was very welcoming.

If I could give cero stars I would! I had a hair cut and this was the worst hair cut I’ve received in my enterare life !. I Called and spoken to the receptionist to see if they can give me someone with experience so they can fix my hair. She said they are all licensed… okay what about experienced??. She mentioned to me that I can either go back and choose who can cut my hair, (she couldn’t recommend someone with experience at this place) she also told me that I can go somewhere else, Unprofessional at its finest!my hair cut is horrible!! One side has more hair than the other side of my hair. I won’t ever go back ! I have longer hair on my left side than my right side !!!! Just horrible !! Very bad experience!!!!

Customer service wasn’t horrible but Definitely lacking in feeling welcoming. Asked for a specific hairstyle, cut, and length which I did not receive. It was very uneven and the stylist was much rougher with my hair than I have experienced elsewhere. The stylist ability’s were very limited, I continually showed her a reference picture to which she did not seem to understand that I was asking for something similar. For 35$ I expected better services. Overpriced for the sloppy work, definitely made an appointment to get my hair fixed the next day elsewhere. Save your money and time! Go elsewhere!

Don't go here if you don't speak any Spanish right off the bat you say hi and your ignored.I didn't even get asked what kind of service I wanted or to have a seat so I guess you just have to guess and hope that they call you next second time coming here trying to give it a chance plus its close to home but I will go back to Dpelos at least there everyone greets you and doesn't take half n hr

Went in on Tuesday to make an appointment for a hair dye this saturday . They said that they were going to call me to confirm and to let me know about the time but they never gave me that call back to confirm that. Even tho I never used their services, That doesn’t fly with me. I was excited to get my hair done but for them to not care to give me a call back… I will pay someone elsewhere…

Worst hair cut EVER! Took my daughter to get her hair cut here. She cut my daughters hair with clippers and left it uneven I ask for FRONT layers and have her something else. I took my daughter back to get it fixed and she was like I’ll just have to bring the clippers closer. I told her I didn’t want her to cut it with the clippers anymore to cut it with the shears, she tired to tell me that even if she were to cut it with shears it still wouldn’t completely be even because my daughter had “thick hair” . She finally fixed it but had to get help from someone else. My daughter hates her hair she spend hours crying. We’re never going back to that place ever.

Absolutely really really fantastic I drive 30 plus miles to get my fade done right no exceptions. This is the place to go to for. Fades and everything in between. Staff is super friendly. They take cold hard cash and. Credit card too. I high recommend this place. It's off the hook.
