Called in to book with Rocky for the next day since the online booking system wasn’t working. They picked up the phone, I asked to book with Rocky for tomorrow, they said “Rocky is not working today”. I said “but he is working tomorrow right? I’m booking for tomorrow”… and then they hung up on me. Tried calling back 3 times and no one answered. Bummer, they lost my business for good

I came in to get a service I saw prices listed online for the establishment . Sadly the prices listed are either inaccurate or the employees decide to charge you whatever they feel like charging you . Very disappointing for a barbershop that has alot of potential .

I brought my son here before as a walk in so I decide to go for my cut as well, I was greeted and farely quickly got in a chair, my barber LEBI did a amazing job you can tell he has passion when he cuts hair, I overall am please with my haircut ,plus it helps if you know some Spanish 👍

Terrible customer service. Lazy "barbers" spent more time drinking beers than trying to take care of the customers. Witnessed clients walk out due to long wait times and not being acknowledged. There are so many better options in aurora.

I had gotten a referral from a friend to go visit Alex at Hall of Fades, made an appointment easily on Google and let me tell you all I was impressed!! He is professional and a good conversationalist, did what I asked for and went above and beyond the call of service. I recommend this place, but I would refer all to Alex specifically. We'll worth the price and I will be returning from now on.

Jay did an amazing job, im very pleased with the result of my sons hair cut. I Should mention his 1 and cries so much but Jay was so patient with him and actually worked with him, he moved around so much but he was patient and didn't get frustrated with my son which I loved. My husband also got a hair cut and turned out amazing 👏 😍 will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much The salon is nice and spacious everyone is working within distance to keep with covid mandates, over all our experience was great 🤩

I just came place. Totally wasted my time. I called early in the morning to check about the pricing on getting my beard trimmed up. Spoke with a person named Jay told me to come in at 2 o’clock. I showed up a little early to check out how things were running. I sat down, for five minutes I wasn’t greeted at all. I sat for five minutes more still no one even acknowledge me. I finally had to get up and asked one of the barbers is Jay in and told him I have a 2 o’clock appointment. He went to the back, came back didn’t say anything. I’m still sitting there, still no acknowledgment. This is going on about 15 minutes now. So I just decided to get up and leave. As I’m walking to my car, I hear one of the employees open the door and yell out, bro did you want a haircut? How unprofessional is that? This place was recommended to me by a friend who I always complimented the work from this place and decided to try it myself. I guess if they don’t know you you get no service. Total waste of time so disappointing. Just wanted to get my beard trimmed up simple as that. Terrible service.

Was too tired to drive into the city today, so I decided to try this place. I didn't have an appointment, so I just walked in. I waited about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, and some guy that walked in after me, got in, so I was about to walk out, but then the owner called me up and did a hell of a job. Thank you for taking the time Rocky 🥊, I appreciate it brother 💪! I highly recommend this place, but make sure you make an appointment to avoid any mishap! 💯🔥💪

It's been a couple years now since I've switched to this place. Normally I just walk in, but there's always a wait time averaging half hour. Definitely best to call-in and set an appointment. Most of the barbers/stylists are very skilled. Lately I've been favoring Niko. Prices are a bit high, but well worth every penny. As I said, there are some very skilled guys there. Not planning to switch places any time soon.
