I've been going here for about 3 years. Finally, a place you can trust to cut your hair.

I’m a regular here. Angie, Chase and Lexi along with all the other staff are great to be around and very skilled at the jobs. I never feel rushed, Angie always takes her time when working on my hair and I see the same attention too detail from everyone. It’s important to have people you can trust when making decisions on your hair. You will definitely love your experience.

Nicholas, thank you so much for this raving review. Angie's services are salon worthy price points. You get so much more bang for your bucks with us. All of us are experienced barbers.

Angie S. is absolutely phenomenal! I was referred to her a couple months back and she is simply the best. Not only does she have a great personality but she is excellent at her job. The other barbers here are great too but if you have the chance, pick Angie!

My 10-year-old needed a haircut bad! This isn't our first time here, and wanted to share my appreciation how easy it was to schedule an appointment within the hour. What was more touching one of the barbers gifted my son with a little LEGO and made him happy! Thank you for your services!

I have used Andi V twice now trying to find a new barber. The first time wasn’t a bad experience but the second time I went, I was not greeted when I walked through the door and sat in the shop for ten minutes before being greeted by the wrong name (justice, not Justin) and whenever I corrected her, she still believed it was justice and asked me what my last name was like I was gonna steal some else’s appointment. The entire time of cutting my hair I couldn’t say a word without being cut off and having something about her being talked about. Haircut is okay but uneven. I asked her to not make my hair look boxy or pointy, meet in the middle type deal, and she got frustrated and defensive instead of trying to understand what I really wanted. I got so frustrated with how I was treated I honestly just couldn’t wait to leave. Will not be back.

5 stars for Angie. She is very detail oriented and delivers. Asked for a style that’s common in Japan and she didn’t hesitate to look it up and figure it out. My buddy goes here and recommended her to me and I’m happy with her performance.

Chase cut my hair the other day best haircut i’ve ever had never felt more confident with my hair. He is such a kind, humble and talkative man. You can tell even before he cuts your hair that he’s a professional and that definitely will make your experience overall more comfortable and enjoyable. Clean barber shop too definitely recommend this place everyone there is very nice.

Terrible experience. Awful hair cut. Way too short. The guy clearly should not have been doing a haircut by himself. I spoke to the manager and let her know that we were not happy and asked how we can fix it to even it out more. I was told that the stylist told the manager that he had trouble with my son moving. I watched him get his hair cut the whole time my son was like a statue for the entire process. It was clear that the guy did not know what he was doing, and should not have been doing a hair cut by himself. The guy made excuses for not knowing what he was doing, and continuing to make the bottom half of his hair shorter and shorter to fix his mistake. Another stylist even had to ask someone else to go help the guy that was cutting his hair because the struggle was obvious. Would not recommend at all. The manager even had an attitude and told us that they would fix it but we weren’t a good fit for there. Yes you are absolutely correct. We are not a good fit for inexperienced barbers who have no business touching customers hair. Your response should be apologetic and helpful. The response to my review is very comical. Yes you are correct the picture provided was the service that I received which is the whole reason for the review in the first place. I explained to the incapable barber that I wasn’t sure which guard was used when we had come the last couple times. He then said this is the largest one I have. I explained that pretty short from where it was at but not too short. I was standing close by but very much out of the way to make sure we were both on the same page with how short. I asked him one time if he was going to at least blend it that it was getting a little too short. He said he was going to blend it. I am terribly sorry you feel that my review doesn’t have any merit, but that was the cut that he had received which took around 45 minutes for a child’s cut. I then sat down in the waiting area and watched him he is very still and has always been very still for hair cuts. At NO POINT. Did the guy say anything to him about staying still he actually said pretty much nothing at all. So instead of making excuses about the terrible service provided. A simple apology and we will fix it would have been fine. Instead you are defensive because you messed up. Another barber even asked someone else to go help him with the line. Obviously others noticed the struggle for him. Being new is not a bad thing, but it is your responsibility to keep in the loop of haircuts when you have an inexperienced barber. Also, you are exactly right when you said it wasn’t a good fit. I would never pay money to spend over an hour between two trips to fix what a barber messed up on. We haven’t had issues the few times we have gone, but I certainly wouldn’t be back after this experience. Take ownership for your mistakes and don’t try to put it on your customers when you do as if it was their fault and not yours and only yours. Good luck with your business and I hope you have more over site for inexperienced barbers so that you can avoid these mistakes. When they happen try to handle them in a more professional way when you do have mistakes.

We consulted our CCTV to learn and to review if your complaints have merit. It is clear that the barber who worked on your son consulted with you over the length of hair to be removed off the top of his head and the sides of his hair. Barber was given specific direction to use the “largest guard” on the top and you used the words “pretty short” . He followed your directions to a T. For 15 minutes, you stood 2 to 3 feet, and on occasion one feet from the barber chair while your son was being given a haircut. You touched the boy’s his head and brushed his hair with your hands many times while the barber was cutting his hair. Your child was not crying or distressed. It is unsafe for you to be doing this. It is our shop policy that folks remain in the designated waiting area while a family member gets their haircut. Because the barber was too nervous, young and too new with us to find the words to inform you not to micromanage his haircut, another barber noticed what was going on and asked you to kindly have a seat in the waiting area. Clearly your son made a lot of head movements which would make any work difficult to do. Everyone in this shop works hard and takes pride in our work. If you do not trust us to do our job, why keep coming back? Clearly we are not a good match. The photo you posted is not the same clean and well faded work, our second barber completed and your son left with.

Great place to get so fresh and so clean, clean. The staff is tenured so your chances of getting a great cut are high. Walk-ins are welcome but if you don't schedule ahead, you will be waiting for a long time. That's a testimony to how talented the stylists are. Lexi, Chase, Angie and the rest are all equally as awesome.
