I'm new in town and was looking for a good barber for my son. I Booked with Ghost the Barber on Booksy. I must say he took his time and was very detailed and professional. The result was a remarkable haircut that is clean and stylish. My son was happy with the outcome.

I am writing this review for H&K Barbershop- Snellville, and specifically to sing the praises of Mr. Jamarcus Dawson. Let me put it this way: we have moved out of the area, but we still make the 30-mile drive from Buckhead to Snellville because a barber of this caliber is absolute gold. The men in this shop are not just skilled with clippers; they have integrity, are genuinely kind, and operate with a professionalism that is truly top-tier. They are at the very top of their trade. Our son absolutely will not go anywhere else, and when you see the quality of work Jamarcus does, you understand why. We pass a lot of barbershops on that drive, but there is no comparison. We are so thankful for Jamarcus Dawson. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. Whether it's a signature cut or a quick line-up, the service is consistent, the atmosphere is great, and the result is worth every single penny! I cannot recommend H&K and Jamarcus highly enough.

🔥🔥 First Time & Definitely Not the Last! 🔥🔥 Today was my first time going to Ghost the barber, and let me just say he got my son right! The cut is fire 🔥 and he took his time to make sure everything was clean and sharp. Real professional, chill vibe, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Few of the barbers here need to do better, My bf has booked with them a couple times and always ends up getting canceled on, barber showing up 20 minutes to an hour late. Good craft but please work on professionalism.

If I could put a NEGATIVE 1 I will, the hair stylist Bry that’s in the back was very unprofessional I had a 10’o clock appointment while I was on my way she called and told me to come at 11 then pushed it back to another 30mins. I showed her the video of what I wanted held it up the whole time she was doing my hair just for her to give me what I did not ask for. She did it too big and when I asked her to fix it she gave me a terrible attitude and told me no was tryna charge me more to fix it also she kept my money. When I tried tried calling and texting the owner John personal cellphone I got no answer which is also unprofessional ! First pic is what she did second is what I asked for

This barbershop is amazing I’ve been working with Jay for well over 7 years. The shop is always clean and love that it’s black owned. My entire family goes there for cuts and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I do suggest going in too meet the barbers as most of them don’t do walk ins. Definitely ask for Jay

Very nice and clean atmosphere. Everyone was extremely welcoming when you walk-in. S/o to PeeWee for the upmost professional service. He has been the only barber that I’ve gone to that has been able to cut my hair to keep my feminine features and his design game goes crazy! Can’t wait to book my next cut with him.

John has been cutting my son hair for (9) years and counting... He is the definition of GREATNESS!! He treats his customers like FAMILY! John is a professional and knowledgeable barber. He knows everything about cutting hair and anything related to his profession in barbering. He continues to use his knowledge to make wise judgements when cutting his customers' hair. He definitely keeps up with what's in style. Most of all he is one of the most HUMBLEST people I know. He doesn't make his SUCCESSES make him greedy! Making haircuts reasonable , so that everyone can walk out of his establishment feeling like a STAR!! What are you waiting for?!! BOOK NOW! I promise you won't regret it!!

Went in as a walk in the best part about the whole haircut was being greeted at the door and not having to wait for a chair. The barber that sat me should not be cutting hair, and when he showed me the mirror I only said it was fine so he couldn’t do anymore damage to my hair. Then at the end of the cut he says it’s $45 for my hair and beard. I told him when I first sat I just wanted a temp and he proceeded to do my beard then as he’s doing it ask if I want it done. At this point I just want to pay and leave, I bring up the first time customer $10 discount and he says “What about it”. That’s all I had to hear to know he was in there not to do good work but just to make money and I truly believe he needed the 45 more than I did. I hate to leave a bad review as it doesn’t speak on everyone in the shop but that one barber who should be a personal trainer instead of a barber is a plague in there

We have been loyal customers of Hair King Barbershop for almost 8 years now! John, the owner, is the best. He's even able to cut our ASD son's hair without much of a fight. We highly recommend everyone to go to Hair King Barbershop. All of the barbers of both locations in Snellville and Grayson are amazing barbers!
