Customer service is subpar; they advertise being kid friendly but won’t accept kids under 10. That’s should be something that is stated on the page but just keep in mind all kids are not the same

We had a last minute need of a haircut for my husband. He has a big meeting at work and he got off late today so his regular barber was not an option. Zion graciously let us in late and did an amazing job on my husband’s hair. He took his time and did a phenomenal job. We have found our NEW barber! Thank you so much Zion! I wish I could give many more stars. Amazing experience 10/10 recommend

I loved my hair. I just moved down here so she was the first place I tried. She was very professional. Her work took shorter than what we said in the beginning which was awesome. I felt like a million bucks walking out of there. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for braids.

The service was terrible I asked for mid back knotless braids and received uneven ends that were cut. It is also not mid back. When I tried to express my concerns the Braider was very rude and wanted to me pay more money to fix problem that she had created.

I took my nephews here because one of them wanted to get cornrows and the other a haircut. These guys are very welcoming and know how to cut hair. I went ahead and got cut as well and found my new barber. The guys are having a good time and music and atmosphere was easy going!! Well Done!

Obaa does my braids here abs when I tell you each and every time they are flawless! She is so sweet, fast yet neat with her work! She actually cares about your hair and makes sure to have you leaving looking and feeling your absolute best self! Hair is included with your service which is very convenient!! I will continuously frequent her shop for all of my braid needs!!

This my third time coming to Abynah for braids. The shop is clean, she sticks to your appointment time and doesn't overbook clients keeping you in the shop all day for a braid style that takes 4 hours. Did I say her work is top notch? Well I was getting compliments on my box braids after 2 months!!!!! No one else will be braiding my hair!!!

I was having a hard time trying to find someone willing to braid my hair because it is so short. Not only was she able to catch it, but she gave me a style that looks pretty on me and will last a long time. They are very friendly and the customer service is on point! I am very happy with the results. I got single, mingle back box braids and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend you come here as I will be coming back to get my hair re-done. Also, I didn’t spend hours in the chair from the time I sat down.

They are the best!!!!!! I love how careful they are with what the customer is asking for. Exceptional service when getting my hair done . I’ve had my hair braided by them twice and each time they did exactly what I asked and not to mention the prices are reasonable. I love the welcoming vibe I felt when I walked in. I think I just found my new fav spot for braids. Margaret is super good with cornrows and I like how she followed my instructions to not make my hair too tight.

I had a great experience. Fast service, heat braiding, and pleasant customer service. Abynah and her team made sure I was happy with my hair style. I will be back. I will not go anywhere else. If you are looking for a team of women who can braid look no further. Five Stair African Braiding is the place for you. Oh must I mention they do not braid tight at all.
